MD & BoD havent been sighted since the happy snap with MrPei some 4 weeks ago …hope they have a well deserved 6 week break holidaying with family drawing some Nigel $60K+ BoD about $40K+ in salary whilst some of us have to struggle over this period ,some being forced to go back to work but sleep peacefully SHs they have our interest at heart ….

Hang in there mate . I'm sure Nigel and team have a plan B in the way of a compromise if this continues to go round in circles. However while we still can we need to take it to these scumbags and fight for the best possible outcome . Nigel will know Share Holders are only going to put up with this shit for so long . No chance SH are going to allow all our money and time to run dry while the AVZ team drag the fight on and on until we don't exist . There will need to be a point well before the possibility of extinction when serious decisions will need to be made . The AVZ team do not have carte blanche over this matter . There would be f--king anarchy . Until then we need to trust in the AVZ teams approach . IMO

If SH knew the ML for Roche Dure alone was guaranteed regardless of CDL it would put their minds at ease . Would do away with a lot of angst . Do away with the 100's of emails Nigel said they receive . Of course we still go for CDL . Fight for it to the death . Just tell SH Roche Dure is in the bag .With one sentence he can stop their suffering . How f--king simple can that be ? Unless of course it's BS . IMO

Almost 100% sure that was used in a previous announcement or in the stuff produced for the road shows or the AGM

There has to be a cut off point to this suspension regardless . We cannot allow $40 million to steadily evaporate until we have no options left .

the reality is if the stock did open without issues resolved the price will plummet and then be bought up by certain Chinese companies in a hostile takeover bid anyway. It's a lose lose situation unless everything gets resolved quickly

I learned a long time ago the crapper was corrupt and a waste of time…. Here’s my two badges of honour below

The first being that I was moderated about 150 times for attacking the paid trolls….

And the second being my third and final permanent suspension thanks to Dos ant.

Note the 1st suspension was because I told the crapper they were fucked…. The 2nd was for referring to a troll sticking his head in an oven…. And the 3rd, no reason given other than poor little dos ant didn’t like my post

Never look back and never go back Bray, not long before I was banned I copied a post somewhere that explained that the crapper was experimenting with a format that included - introduced trolls and the motivation was to increase their website’s traffic
