An Apple Watch Series 9 with notifications for health and medication

Apple has been in a running battle with medical device maker Masimo over its blood oxygen-sensing technology.
The White House has left Apple without hope of federal intervention to keep the current-gen Apple Watch on store shelves. The Biden administration has officially declined to veto restrictions on the company’s wearables due to an ongoing patent dispute, despite the Cupertino tech giant’s pleas. So much for the season of giving.
The U.S. International Trade Commission’s order banning Apple from selling its wearables went into full effect on Tuesday. CEO Tim Cook and his company were desperately hoping that the White House, and specifically Assistant Trade Representative Katherine Tai, would come to the rescue and halt the ITC’s decision. The rep’s office told Reuters on Tuesday it decided not to veto the ban “following careful consultations.”

And we should take note from SK!!!! There is a bit of action happening with a few reports recently getting published!!

Shorting against emerging 'small companies/upstarts can absolutely crush them all together before they can even make themselves known to the markets!! We have seen how devastating it has been for BRN :-( !!

Tried to stay away from here to stop my negative comments but gosh... still no ip deals... I get that we are somewhat progressing but extremely disappointing to just wait year after year without seeing any material news like revenue/ip deals...

Cardpro, would this patent Annnnnnnnnn, be considered a deal of sorts, and revenue most likely will be forth coming from it at some time, in the not tooooo distant future, IMO, of course.

Just a thought mind.

Akida Ballista >>>>>> Oh, not another patent surely, it's all so droll int it <<<<<<

They don't necessarily consider it as "rot"..

I've seen a letter from the ASIC, in a response to a complaint against a certain corporation (maybe Citicorp) in regards to trading in BRN securities.

It basically said, that even if they found misconduct, they may not act, as acting may disrupt the market (and they are of course, all for creating an orderly market).

Words to the affect of..

"Decisions must be made, for the Greater Good"
(Greater Good, can be interpreted as those with the most money to persuade underpaid government officials, also being those with the most to lose, should their activities be exposed).

They are beyond toothless, I believe the ASIC are corrupt and almost openly condone criminal activity.

I should have added, that, the revenue I mentioned, is possibly/maybe, into my account/bottom line/adjustment-required, and not necessarily " Brainchips, bottom line. But you never know ?? for sure ?? does one.
