You are wrong - AVZ would have needed to offer their share if they wanted to sell it to Zijin as per the JV Agreement and that in itself would have been a disaster in the waiting.

In addition, Zijin cant be trusted and it would have been highly likely that they would have had a seat on the Board where they would then gain commercial in confidence information and used it against and to frustrate AVZ.

You dont want any Chinese Company sitting on the Dathcom Board or anywhere in Manono.

I've put my trust in Nigel and the team for almost 6 years now and have less than nothing to show for it.

Why shouldn't I vote against them in an AGM when they have been either naive, arrogant and all the while screwing LT SH with bad raises and information? If they can't make a deal with this newly formed government then all hope is lost.
