Hi All,

I am pleased to confirm that Broken Hill Mines Limited (formally Coolabah Metals Limited) has completed the transaction to acquire Broken Hill Mines Holdings Pty Ltd (formally Broken Hill Mines Pty Ltd). All shares have been issued in accordance with the Recompliance Prospectus, which successfully raised A$20 million at $0.35/share.

Please be advised that the Company has also received its formal Notice of Admission to the ASX, which will allow for trading to resume under the ASX ticker ‘BHM’ (see attached).

Trading in BHM is scheduled to begin at 10am on Monday 21/7/2025.
