European stock markets are off to a slow start as most investors are preparing for a US interest rate rise when the Federal Reserve meets later today.
The FTSE 100 (^FTSE) dipped marginally 0.3% to 7,532.95 after opening, while the CAC (^FCHI) shed 0.1% in Paris. In Germany, the DAX (^GDAXI) was down 0.1%.
