As the 31st is a Sunday I think AVZ have until next Monday morning to lodge quarterly reports (I assume they still have to lodge even while in suspension)

I think if AVZ are going to announce anything it won't be today

They will wait to lodge the quarterly and simultaneously drop the announcement bomb on the shorters Monday morning so they don't have time to strategise over the weekend

Or I'm cooked again and just makin' this shit up..
