Jag I think you should ask Jens about AVZ’s PR. I know it ran out last year in December and I haven’t seen it reapplied for. Perhaps part of the holdup, think I posed this to Obe before but don’t know what the outcome is. Also pretty sure the ownership has to be determined as far as the state owned entity (and amongst all the illegalities we don’t know what Cominiere’s % actually is) before the ML can be granted. A couple of things for you to discuss with Jens and Obi

You could speculate that AVZ didn’t renew the PR because they were led (by CAMI) to believe that CAMI would grant the ML. Meanwhile, possible that CAMI deliberately delayed granting the ML with the intention of undermining AVZ’s PR rights because they were already being bribed by the ‘now known suspects’ Cominiere, Zigin (and who knows who else!) trying to get their grubby hands on our tenements. Not sure why it took so long for Antoinette N’samba to sign the Ministerial Decree, but I know who I don’t like, and that’s the shrunken head Prime Minister Lukonde, who’s name pops up again in Charbella’s post above this one. Now over to you Jag, Jens, Obe and other sleuths (might even help you if you get Der Geist on board). I don’t know if I’m just throwing out a red herring or if this was always a planned two pronged attack to acquire both part of our tenements and part of our ownership in Dathcom, but hopefully a few of you can dig up some more facts and can come back with something

Yeh Jag, I suspected Tantalex was in on the corruption that’s been going on. In spite of what I have said above, I believe Nigel is on top of things and he’s already covered issues around the ML and renewing the PE for another 5 years in our last Quarterly Report (which I have attached)

Also Jag, there’s been talk on the crapper today about being taken over (by the usual suspects who have had enough and want to get out, and I know it’s understandable) and a reply to them by Obe (who should be over here, when not needed there to sort out the trolls and shorter’s) but I can tell you, in Sydney, Nigel gave me and a small group his objectives for the future. I’m not going to put his words here, but I’m certain he wants to get this to construction and fairly sure he wants to see it to production (even more so considering the pls plant, battery manufacturing hub and other future possibilities) and when I suggested to him over an online communication at Benchmarks Presentation around January last year that I might sell a fewer shares to buy a Corvette, he privately said I should hang on for dividends. That’s all my info, hopefully I’ll have the rest of the day off

As mentioned previously you can't hold a ML for tailings if you don't hold the tenement under the tailing ML.

I like it Jules is sweeping through everywhere and everyone, makes them realise nobody is safe (which makes me nervous is he safe). Corruption is so endemic, its literally not thought of by vast swathes of politicians as a crime...bonkers. Thank god we are starting to see the change happening all around us, Felix wasn't full of shit and progress is happening albeit slowly.
Yes the waiting is a pain in the ass, but by god I don't want the alternative where we see our hard earned flushed down the shitter.
