I do not see much point in elevating this fellow beyond random poster with an Intel axe to grind.

He clearly has an issue with Intel and blames everything on Intel management not being engineers.

He was with Intel for many years no doubt being outspoken about how things should be done and feeling that if only they would listen to him every problem under the Intel sun would have been avoided.

When you read more about him he does seem to be a Von Neumann man from way back and while at Intel I think he possibly felt aggrieved about the prominence and money ploughed into Mike Davies Loihi mission.

When you read his exact words he simply said “I” am not using AKIDA. This is most likely true.

He is not on an official Mercedes Benz platform he is on his own private LikedIn account.

So the fact that he personally is not using AKIDA is of no particular interest.

He spends a great deal of time promoting LoRaWan and its community group under the LoRa Alliance which has multiple industry partners one being Edge Impulse.

He even has a blog where he gets stuck into Apple and not trusting its benchmarking of M1.

He does not deserve the time being devoted to him in my opinion.

My opinion only DYOR

No, you are omitting vital words.

This companies SHARE PRICE is going nowhere IN THIS MARKET until revenue hits.

Only true Wanca's twist other people's words to suit their narrative.

One thing I agree with you on is the cricket. Hopefully one Boxing Day in the near future we can enjoy a beer together at the G.

I am not omitting anything. I also wasn't replying to you and your thoughts are completely irrelevant to my post, so why you chirping up and having a crack at me @alwaysgreen?

I think Francois has closed his account with LinkedIn. FF was on the money.

His account is still active.

How about we stop baiting Mercedes employees!
CES is 10 days away, we’ll know soon enough if Mercedes are expanding their Akida use cases, besides Christophe Porch from Prophesee made disparaging remarks about Akida, now they’re singing our praises.
A few years ago someone had a crack at stirring up Mike Davies, now we’re in partnership with an Intel business unit. Aha maybe Merc will buy a license now 😀

Yeah the dude works with non AI based processors so von Neumann designs. As much as we would like a discussion with him, he is not the right person. His comment about not using Akida was for personal use and nothing more. He’s a smart man in his area of expertise and as we can see he does not want to be bothered. Let mercedes bother him with implementation and architecture for production vehicles including akida for 2025

Now you’re all commenting on my skillset.. Macro is my specialty..

I can say with confidence that if history repeats, 2023 will not be a repeat of 2022 in markets.. They will stabilise and turn for the better if not in the 2nd qtr, definitely in the second half and beyond into 2024.

You will not hear what you need to hear, and when you need to hear it in the media, on YouTube and likely from many “expert commentators”. There’s just too many vested interests involved to keep the masses wrong footed.. I would suggest that I took a good 8 years of research to find the right people to study, and the last 5 years studying them.

Read up as much as you can on Phil J Anderson, and Fred Harrison that both wrote about Land Markets in the US and UK, and you will be on the track to a great understanding of Macro structure. I don’t use their knowledge for stock markets as I find others more useful in that regard, including Mark Minnervini, Gil Morales, and others.. The psychology and risk management just as important and twi great books in this are “Trade the Trader- Quint Tatro, “The Hour Between Dog and Wolf- John Coates”, and Minervini discusses it in good detail in his books..

What is crystal clear is that earnings will be the bottom line for BRN..

I won’t go into charting here, but I have done a historical chart commentary on BRN that picks apart it’s price action over its 7 or so years of listing and identifies the various inflection points of its price action, and shows when and why its price action got me more excited at various points in time.. Where it is now is starting to show some signs that I look for, being tightening price range and constructive fractal formations.. It isn’t there yet as stated but It is showing some signs and hope of a decent turn over the coming months..

Merry Christmas all

"hope of a decent turn over the coming months.."

Keen to know the signs you're seeing because this can be said by anyone without looking a chart too.

And there are no guarantees on the market. Market could side trend for years or go down before turning so everything is a possibility. The second paragraph sounds a bit confident, but market has a funny way of humbling the best of traders and investors.

Just came across a recent event on the Sony AI LinkedIn page which I haven’t seen before which was the inaugural Edge of Now (EON) - the Applied Artificial Intelligence Conference. What caught my attention was that the Executive Director of Sony AI America , Peter Stone ,was one of a few speakers with two speakers from Carnegie Mellon. Hope they all had a good chat
