The Mining Licence has been awarded by MOM decree. Just waiting on the snake Mupande to issue appropriate surface rights .Problem is he does not follow the mining code and makes adjustments to suit his agenda..They seem not to care about time lines and contractual agreements we have made, but it seems like there inability to function like a first world country obviously because they are not is more the reason than anything else imo, to cancel or too not award us the license would surely rock the investment world in the DRC

Momentum and IGF need to take Mupande to court .
After 7 months why has this not occurred?

Give it another month then we need to consider a relentless and ruthless campaigne on Twitter against mupande and the green toad.
Being nice has got us nowhere, we need some publicity within the DRC with a few eyeballs from U.S & china.
If the president won’t do the right thing from his platform of non corruption he’s fair game too.

As Mupande is accountable only to Lukonde, who isn’t in a hurry to get CAMI to adhere to the mining laws and issue the surface rights for the whole 13359 tenement, Felix needs to appoint someone with higher authority than Mupande and MoM to bring both mining entities under one umbrella who can over-ride/make final decisions in the appropriate circumstances. Break the stalemate!
They are probably on the fucken payroll as well. It is the Democratic Republic of Corruption after all. But after being in country for over 20 years would you not know this ?

There is no higher authority than the President. He removed Mupande by presidential decree, yet he remains. A slap in the face to the President.
