I'm optimistic for February. Cabinet reshuffle is a big step. Got a good feeling that we may be nearing the end of this saga.

That price will only be available mid year if we are still waiting for the ML to be registered

I sympathise with people suffering through financial hardship due to the current situation and think we should have resumed trading a long time ago. But I support management using suspension as a defence against the misinformation and price manipulation tactics seen in the days after the ministerial decree was issued.

Funding won't be an issue imo

The ball is now in the DRC government's court. The problem is clear and patience will wear extremely thin if there is no action taken after the reshuffle.

Nigel and the bod didn't have many problems operating in the DRC when they were spending millions on proving the resource before lithium's price went parabolic. All of the issues began when Klaus realised what an absolute fucking moron he was for selling his shares in AVZ lol

The market needs the product. Once the licence is registered things will happen quickly for whoever's name is on it.

Replying to Franck Fwamba
It has administrative autonomy.
Only the authorityin charge can do that according to our laws.
What a joke.
Makes FT fight against corruption look sipid.
According to our laws... What if the authority is proven to be acting illegally???
Do they still have protection of the law.
Hopefully as you say the lion can find enough inner strength to put things right.

I've used a few choice words to describe Jens and a few others over the months.
Sick of these fuckwits sharing their "intel".
It is far from intelligence, it's BS and stupidity.
Fucking attention seekers.

"To clarify that’s my latest expected date for reshuffle of and LESS a couple of Ministers. Let’s see."

Well until my next latest date.

Fucking Nostradamus.

Yes, it's beer night.

Well mate, until you're two years late with your updates, nobody has a right to complain.

And our glorious leader still holds AJN.
It's not a conflict 'cos he said so.

China is 100% committed to stealing as much as they can from the DRC. Fraudsters Zijin and Simon Cong will take whatever they can! They are helped by their good friends Adele Kayinda and Jean felix mupande.

With no real end in sight to this suspension and only three quarters of funding left in the tank. It looks likely that the ATM funding facility may be required to keep the lights on. I’m wondering if managements hand may be forced to lift the suspension in 6 or so months in order to access the ATM funds so the shares can be sold on market.
Can anyone comment on the details of how the ATM facility can/can’t work during suspension? I have no knowledge of this type of arrangement.

Either the licence is registered after the reshuffle or management hit the sell button. No chance the ATM funds will be needed while in suspension imo

Stand to be corrected but I think the shares have already been struck at a specific price for the $50M

Locked in

Just need to execute the deal the shares are transferred and the money comes in

Like I said.......very happy to be corrected on that

I'm not sure why everyone is counting in this reshuffle so much, from what we've seen in the past it'll take any new ministers a good while to find their feet. And who's to say that the replacement isn't just another criminal since the government is rife with them. FT was our only answer for a quick resolution but this isn't going so well. Vidiye Tshimanga has cast doubt on his integrity as has his inaction to date on the IGF findings.
Also there is nothing to sell with no licence unless we're talking about selling for a pittance. Even then you'd assume that ownership needs 100% clarity.
Everything is hinging on the licence, management even said as much at the roadshow.
Not sure about anyone else but I'm getting sick of being strung along by one false hope afrer another that make no sense.
I don't expect any sort of quick resolution after the government reshuffle, if it even happens and if the grub is truly gone.
Unless something monumental happens behind the scenes I reckon we're still in for a slow grind.
Remember still zero resolution to any of the outstanding issues to date.

Reads to me like an on market process.
We need someone to decode this gobbledygook:

AVZ Minerals Limited (ASX:AVZ)(“AVZ” or “Company”)is pleased to announce it has entered into an At-the-Market Subscription Agreement (ATM) with Acuity Capital. The ATM provides AVZ with up to $50,000,000 of standby equity capital over the coming 27 months.

Importantly, AVZ retains full control of all aspects of the subscription process, having sole discretion as to whether or not to utilise the ATM, the maximum number of shares to be issued, the minimum issue price of shares and the timing of each subscription (if any). There are no requirements on AVZ to utilise the ATM and AVZ may terminate the ATM at any time, without cost or penalty. Acuity Capital and the ATM do not place any restrictions at any time on AVZ raising capital through other methods.

If AVZ does decide to utilise the ATM, AVZ is able to set an issue price floor (at its sole discretion), with the final issue price being calculated as the greater of the nominated floor price and up to a 10% discount to a Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) over a period of AVZ's choosing (again at its sole discretion).

As security for the ATM, the Company has agreed to place 60,000,000 AVZ shares from its LR7.1 capacity to Acuity Capital at nil cash consideration. The Company may, however, at any time cancel the ATM as well as buy back (and cancel) those shares for no cash consideration (subject to shareholder approval).

The reshuffle will show how serious Felix is about fighting corruption. I don't pin all of our hopes on what happens to the MoP but it will be a solid indicator as to what happens next. Although she might be removed and we still don't get the licence registered.

Yeah we may need to give the new ministers time. That's why I've been saying mid year will be the cut off point. I expect things to happen quickly but you never know in the DRC. But if we are still being fed bullshit from the government come June that there is just a few more things to sort out then it will be obvious that Felix doesn't want us to mine the deposit.

So a sale will be arranged if that scenario happens. No one wants years of arbitration while the ICC sorts it out. Any potential buyer of our shares of Dathcom or AVZ itself would inherit the situation as is. The price would reflect that. I'm sure the buyer would need to be approved by Felix and if he is happy then the calculator at CAMI might just start working.

Management have indicated that they would be open to selling at 2.00 (7b). They also said that if the DRC government took the tenement off us we would seek damages of 2.84 (10b). Take out lawyers fees and possibly not being awarded the full amount and we would be lucky to get much more than that 2.00 mark. Nigel said at the German roadshow in April last year that a takeover offer had recently been made but the bod didn't consider it worthy. So there is someone out there willing to buy before we have the licence imo

From someone's notes (sorry forgot who wrote these) at one of the Australian roadshows in November:

This AJN hold by Nigel is a fucking joke. I can’t even begin! If this goes pear shaped. There is no way in fuck he is getting away with this shit. For $350k a year this fuckwitt should be solely focused on AVZ AND NOTHING MORE!!!! How dare he, this cunt has my money and he’s paying himself yearly what I have given him. And while doing this investing in and working with alternate companies. It’s a conflict. No denying it.

She is still in the government, so the information that the last minister meeting was the one before the reshuffle is wrong. When nothing happens in Februar the article’s are bullshit. I hope the best…

Yep, the Green Grub is still there @Schemozzle. It’s a schemozzle.
