What will next week reveal……somethings happening imo?

Five interesting events to consider as a collective of activities in the last few weeks:

1. TIA is extended to same date as TH extension. We have been told before it will take them a few weeks to finalise the TIA after the ML is awarded…..so why only extend TIA to the same date and not end of April?

2. AVZ withdraw court action against Comminiere for the ROFR 15% sold to Z. Why do that now? What is the compromise being negotiated here?

3. AVZ via agent Jens requests Shareholders ease off the twitter communication offensive against the DRC ministries for a week. Why?

4. Marius doing the rounds of talk shows giving interviews and getting the truth out to the wider DRC community. Why now?

5. Nige and John pictured in suits in Kinshasa. Why? Who are they meeting? Unusual for pics to emerge like this….and Nige needs to update his tie collection from the 80’s.

Something going on…but what?

Will Dathcom be awarded the ML for entire 13359 now AVZ have rolled over and withdrawn court case for 15% ROFR?

Hmmmm…. Interesting week coming up I think

Five interesting events to consider as a collective of activities in the last few weeks:

1. TIA is extended to same date as TH extension. We have been told before it will take them a few weeks to finalise the TIA after the ML is awarded…..so why only extend TIA to the same date and not end of April?.......reckon they've occasionally been the same date before .....and sometimes not.....who cares

2. AVZ withdraw court action against Comminiere for the ROFR 15% sold to Z. Why do that now? What is the compromise being negotiated here?...is that confirmed there......or are we still trying to work out what the fuck that particular piece of legal action or withdrawal is about and between whom and which court or arbitration

3. AVZ via agent Jens requests Shareholders ease off the twitter communication offensive against the DRC ministries for a week. Why?....Yeah we all questioned that one....not only the fucking message...but the apparent way it was potentially siphoned to the poor fucking shareholders via someone, via who knows, via Deboss who maybe eventually got it to Jens to heroically pass it on to the great unwashed.....God forbid management communicated clearly and directly with shareholders

4. Marius doing the rounds of talk shows giving interviews and getting the truth out to the wider DRC community. Why now?......just a guess but maybe because he seems to have done fuck all until now and someone called him out for potentially being paid big fucking bucks?

5. Nige and John pictured in suits in Kinshasa. Why? Who are they meeting? Unusual for pics to emerge like this….and Nige needs to update his tie collection from the 80’s.....tough one....but might be a fake photoshop and maybe they're actually meeting Paul Weller from the Jam or maybe Elvis Costello and the Attractions

I'm wondering if this is all a MoP face saving exercise that AVZ is now being encouraged to take part in before it gets to the ICC . MoP is a protected species . They will not overturn what she's done . Zijin keeps the 15% . Maybe they have to pay more . Nigel weighing up the options now unwillingly accepts . He's got 50million reasons to. IMO
