I'd say we are holding our ground. We have done everything by the book and have the receipts to prove it. Meanwhile our detractors are named in the IGF report as having conspired to sell a state asset below market value. We are the victims of our own success in the drilling results and the vision of Felix's business climate will be seen as a joke by the international community if they rat fuck us over a 'dispute' that should have been sorted out within the DRC months ago.Cheers Mate . So Nigel has effectively backed these mother f--kers into corner and the world is watching .
There could still be a compromise of some sort. Everyone will be looking to save face here. No doubt the Chinese are putting significant pressure on the DRC government to get them something out of this shitshow. But any negotiations are best done from the strongest possible position. And we have the best hand on the table as it stands and don't have any reason to publicly give ground to any of Cominiere's nonsense. Negotiations behind closed doors may be different.
