AVZ Discussion 2022

I just had a read of the full chinese ver of 2022 annual report of Zijin Mining (Link: https://www.zjky.cn/upload/file/2023/03/24/5e2b3c3a1fa74e60af3d1bbf9c56becf.pdf ) trying to find any mentions of manono project, there're the findings:

- on page 191, where all JVs are listed, it states it's part of "Dathcom Mining SA (Note #6), with 15% indirect shares"
- Note #6 says "According to procedure of Dathcom Mining SA, the board is made of 6 directors, Zijin can assign one director. Zijin management believes Zijin can make significant influence on decision making (financial and process wise) and therefore counting Zijin as part of the JV in this annual report

There's no other mentioning of Manono in this entire report.

imo Zijin is trying to avoid talking too much on this project which is a good thing because they are not confident with what's gonna happen next.

If you search the term Dathcom, there is more.
Particularly interesting is the prescribed asset value of it's legally acquired (LOL) 15% of Dathcom: CDF 100,000,000 ($US 48,600). Maybe Zijin has written it down to this figure because they know it's lost.

Cheers
F

Well if we are at a 'freezing point' whatever that may be. May I suggest Zijin buy us out for the remainder of our apparent 36%🤣😂.

Just received this private message on the Twitter

"I been told not helping us if we continue to attack the Govt Ministers and especially the President ... I been told could hamper their efforts in DRC next 4 weeks, timing is critical,
I suspect this includes CAMI DG Mupande as he is a v powerful man protected b wise not to attack hime either"

Not sure if i should take note as this has been asked many times before and still no outcome

I just feel the corrupt should be named and shamed ........specially after reading the AVZ announcement........ my gloves came off. :)

Look everyone is angry as fuck but I tend to agree with what's being said about keeping it respectful with DRC ministers.

Yes it SHOULD mean nothing, words on twitter! It is utterly pathetic that words on twitter might govern Policy in the DRC.

But it IS the DRC, they're entrenched in deep corruption, there's multiple factions all wanting more power and money.
They're extremerly sensitive, they're NOT sophisticated in the way the west has been for a long time now.

I expect laws to be followed too, but that's just not really how things happen.
It's fucked as fucked can be!

But what if we really are causing setbacks by calling them all a pack of lying corrupt cunts?

I think CKK is fair game, and Zijin too.

And when it comes to ministers, you can still state that the IGF finds the MoP acted unlawfully.
You can still do it respectfully.
Even the Congolese are shaking their heads at us, saying we don't understand DRC.

My response was

"I have heard this many times before .... next 2 weeks, next month, soon, etc. and nothing happens. I dont believe i am attacking the president but asking the questions. As to the Ministers.... yes

. They have been identified by the IGF as corrupt. So i am sharing the facts. I am heavily invested in AVZ....all in. I have been suffering financially for 11 months living on borrowed money from family and friends. I feel these crooks need to be shamed."

Mate in my experience working in under developed countries a lot of my life one thing they all have in common is that even the general populace are very thin skinned. And the elites are extraordinarily thin skinned. And don't cop criticism at all well .So I'd take him at his word. But that's just imo. Cheers. Hopefully he's right that something is actually happening. But I doubt it.

In other news today . Avz has been stripped of the World's Largest Lithium Project and ejected from the DRC on account of Johnny Blow Hard and Mates consistently making derogatory remarks on social media concerning that countries President and his corrupt Ministers. AVZ Minerals were set to be potentially the largest lithium producer on the planet until Johnny Blow Hard and his mates from outer Western Sydney completely fucked it up ......................

Well, we have a Carmelite Monastery within driving distance of my place, so Jen, I’m moving in for 6 weeks and will shut the fuck up for that period, like the good nun that I am.

The vows of poverty, chastity and obedience shall be honoured in full. I shall remain silent, and only sing (Pink Floyd songs) and pray (for all of us)

Nigel, just make sure you honour your side of the deal, and deliver me from poverty at a minimum within the next 6 weeks

Couldn’t give a fuck about chastity and obedience

ps, anyone else wanting in will need a brown paper bag, unmarked $100’s

Az and @Flexi

I appreciate the call to lay off the politicians comes from a very loyal AVZ holder who keeps in touch with the company and is trying to help

More importantly, Mupande is protected, he is corrupt and no doubt as the head of CAMI he has powerful corrupt allies, and has done deals with billionaires the likes of Simon Cong and Dan Gertler.

Mupande was affiliated with Spintelligent who are now THE VUKA GROUP who are promoting the DRC MINING WEEK in June

If Mupande is powerful and protected I don’t see any reason why we shouldn’t target him and the MINING WEEK which is not only organised by THE VUKA GROUP, it is heavily sponsored by Zijin.

I started a thread and will be trying to get something worked out with TITS and a few others before the event

I’ve toned things down in recent weeks just in case Jens and friends are correct. These requests to be respectful with communications of the Ministers and Felix, quite certain this request does come from Nigel. He said as much at the road show as well.

Up to the individuals here that play on Twitter whether they think their comments are helping (or not) when said comments are directed to the people holding AVZ hostage and the ones Nigel and friends are trying to sort things out with.

I’ve worked in Africa and in the same type of environment just a couple of countries away from the DRC and I can confirm the God complex runs deep with Gov officials.

Anyway, if it’s not sorted in coming weeks let’s just take all the rotten kunts to the ICC and be done with it, then let the insults fly like never before for years.

Cheers The Fox 🦊

I completely agree that these elites have never been challenged or held accountable in the past. They are often treated as if they are deities sent from above to solely benefit the people. However, when their true selves are revealed and their flaws are exposed on social media, which is followed by their supporters, they struggle to accept the truth and will go to great lengths to silence their critics.

Furthermore, with the upcoming election, it's possible that the opposition will use this information against them to gain votes. However, if not calling them out will benefit our cause, then so be it.
