I just feel the corrupt should be named and shamed ........specially after reading the AVZ announcement........ my gloves came off.

Given that Franck Fwamba shared the same sentiment as Jens and other shareholders on Twitter a couple weeks ago re attacking gov ministers (ie attacks hampering/not helping), I think there’s credence to this and SHs should lay off given we are apparently in crucial discussions atm. Imo

On another note, as have been observing this thread for a while, a couple weeks ago Nellie said something along the lines of ‘give it a couple weeks and we’ll know if we’re fucked or not’. Guessing that we were in negotiations with Cominiere which went sour hence the announcement yesterday. So.. are we fucked then? or have we got further negotiations happening?

May cooler heads prevail - i'm always open to laying off ministers in the DRC, we don't know whos in who's pocket or which minister is the sisters cousin's baby sitter's father in laws step-sons dogs best friend's owner.

On twitter, getting the simple message out that:

• Zijin are rat fuck snake eyed cunts with appauling human rights and governance track records and;
• AVZ have done it by the book, we are in it for the people of Manono

These are the ones that resonate most with me and i think with these messages we could sway the minister's constituents to apply pressure.

I've got a couple days off this week, going to dust off my photoshop and pitch in to help with some assets for the above (not that i don't love Jag's pump and dump of our sustainability report lol)

Happy for people to DM me for requests and provide suggestions for designs or wordings.

ARTICLE 19 CONTROL OF OPERATIONS

If the documents were withheld, it is possible that providing the documents could have been a security risk for Dathcom Mining SAS given the possibility of sensitive content being shared with our detractors.

Cominiere's termination of JVA is the key here (it is only the agreement, i jumped the gun yesterday thinking it was the entire JV).

The response by AVZ and disclosure stems from the December 2022 Cominiere letter which details AVZ's alleged breach of agreement from Cominiere view (previously posted on TSE).

Currently, I have confirmation that there is a set of correspondence out there whereby:

1. Cominiere writes to AVZ stating we 'need to talk' or 'show us X/Y' according to the December letter (this is part of the resolution of disputes article in the JVA). Cominiere would have also provided a 60-90 day timeframe for AVZ to respond. ​

2. AVZ submitted its response to Cominere and I believe there was a meeting held, based on my source.​

3. Cominiere deliberated on the contents of the meeting and finally sent another letter to AVZ stating that it was 'unhappy' with the response and enacted the termination clause of the JVA.​

4. AVZ, in its right according to the JVA then instigated the ICC case against Cominiere to void this termination because we've fucking done everything by the book.​

One thing i confirmed is that Cominiere does not have the authority to just terminate the JVA, so 3 would be considered a raise. In order to terminate the JVA Cominiere needs to officially submit its request to governing bodies (MOP/MOM) they need to approve and the decision needs to be ratified at local DRC court before anything official occurs.

AVZ's steps here to directly go to ICC has all but blocked Cominiere's ability to go and submit in the local legal framework, because ICC would supercede any rulings and approval of its request.

I am working on obtaining 1-3 to share with everyone, but the above is what i have been told. Take it or leave it and for the ZJ spies and tommy-twat tinglers on here i will take a leaf out of Jens playbook and say YOU'RE ALL FUCKED.

TLDR: Cominiere do not have the authority to cancel shit, AVZ raising the stakes straight to ICC fucks their process and CKKs scheme with ZJ will be a flop. We will just need to wait - i like the poker analogy, BOD just fucking pushed CKK and his limp dick hand all-in.

The 5% back from MMCS goes straight to the state, as that's where it was taken from.

In theory if those cretinous cum-stains at Cominiere are gone and new leaders are appointed we can go through and discuss sensibly, rationally and even lawfully , I know imagine that .

I reckon shareholders have been pretty patient considering we were supposed to get the expidited mining licence within a few weeks some two years ago.
The Congolese politicians and public servants have somehow stuffed things beyond belief even though everything was done according to their mining code and their laws.
The idiots are sensitive because they're being called out on social media, big deal so they should be called out imo. And they should have been sacked, jailed and worse as well. Instead they get reinstated in the government, sit there entrenched in their 20 year positions and even the buffoons at Cominière haven't been sacked.
They carry on like a pack of kindergarten kids and burst into crocodile tears if things don't go their corrupted lying way.
Give them hell, who cares at this point. I'm also of the opinion that we might as well release the bfs and bring on ICC against the government. They've tied this up in years of legal battles anyway through greed, corruption and stupidity. They started saying it at least 5 weeks ago, saying the next fortnight was critical. Now they want another month. We keep hearing the same thing time and again.
Personally I've not seen much on twitter against FT, only from troll accounts. I'm assuming very frustrated shareholders or more likely detractors trying to give AVZ a bad wrap. We're not likely to silence those types anyway.
The frustration is that if FT was serious about corruption it shouldn't really matter at all upsetting the likes of JFMK, Mop or the idiots at Cominière.

It's understandable that frustrations boil over because in near 12 month we've gone nothing but backwards into legal turmoil and been smothered in misinformation and chaos without a single sign of the government backing we need to progress.
