Oh, this is extremely interesting, given AVZ tight documentation and recent round 1 victory over Cominiere, cant help but agree this is a very desperate last attempt to " spook " off AVZ, however, going by the response from AVZ to COM / ZIJIN
" spurious " claims once again, AVZ dont appear to be spooked and hence i believe that the claimants are falling into a massive trap.

I call it the reverse TROJAN HORSE.

The transfer contract between Cominiere and Jin Cheng is from the Christian Lukusa interview as I said in my post. I just took screenshots of the video that is linked. I can't remember the time stamp now but it was around the middle from memory.

The first document is from CATH's announcement on September 27th 2021. Obviously this is after the purported transaction between Cominiere and Zijin was approved by the MoP on September 1st 2021. Clearly CATH also doesn't recognise Zijin as being in Dathcom.

It would be good to see a CATH up to date document on what they view as material. It should be in their stock market annual report filings.

I know some holders think CATH sits on The fence, but at least if anyone is motivated they can show this on twitter regards CATH’s position. It also makes it harder for AFR to make another story.

If we ever catch up in person you would probably have more fun with me than anyone and monkey’s like the ghost and the other trolls (like JR and PC) don’t bother me in the slightest

The ghost now asking me to provide him with the date and time he forged a post from me right after alluding to remembering the event and how it was just a glitch on his phone

That’s right after he tries to steer me off looking to find if Zigin engaged in insider trading

There are several shareholders on this forum who have kept up to date with who our shareholders are and who bought in and when (including Bellamel) and if zeebots wants the proof it’s only one click away on my phone

Just want to check that I am clear on my understanding:

-We went to ICC regarding the wrongful termination of the Dathcom JV
-We have confirmation from the ICC in support that it was unlawful and terminated without valid grounds.
-Cominiere are prevented from taking action or steps to terminate the JV.
-So they immediately lodge to the ICC to terminate the JV again.
-ICC also said, 'hey, wait for the outcome of the broader Cominiere case'
-Instead, they lodge the ICC as above, wanting damages for a shareholding that was never theirs legally.

So what can AVZ do?
-Agree to the ICC case, which is pending the outcome of the other case?
-Lodge their own ICC case for damages, also in preparation of the other case? (maybe a similar figures, grab $2-$3B)

With the potential that the ICC rules NOT in favour of Jin Cheng for the other case.
Which I assume would result in the new ICC lodged, being immediately thrown out.

Bhags as you suspect if he is Der Les, then, credit where credit is due: he did discover what was right under all our nose hairs: further evidence of fraudulent misconduct by Boatman or source and the Australian Financial Review willing to endorse and publish based on Bostman’s uploaded documents despite the tampering that they as professionals should have detected from their source.

I do not see any usurping. I think you are just holding a grudge. Can you leave it be so we can focus on the important stuff

Hang on, didn't AVZ just win this ruling in the ICC - "restraining Cominière from taking any actions with regards to its purported termination of the Dathcom Joint Venture Agreement (Dathcom JVA)." How can the ICC restrain them one week and then engage in this case the following week? My head hurts!

It says something about ICC process when a claim can be made by a claimant who is currently under restraint.

Presumably there's some kind of form to be submitted when initiating an action through the ICC. You'd think a simple check box on the form "Is the claimant currently subject to an ICC restraint?" would easily kill off spurious action like this.

But hey, I'm a simple man...

Anyone who says Cominiere SA or Congolese don’t value the International jurisdiction of the ICC Paris for Congo (Kin) will have to explain the current combined action of Cominiere as spurious

That argument was always idiotic considering Zijin initiated the first ICC case to have AVZ recognise them in Dathcom

claim $800 odd damages..

for what ? lost income? hardship?

Zijin have literally done NOTHING except come in last minute and collude with corrupt actors.
No core samples, no feasibility studies, nothing.

Amazing return on investment in 12 months for doing absolutely nothing

Only thing I can think of is they are claiming on future lost income as Cominiere and Zijin are loosing both their 10% and 15% respectively.

$6.375B AUD ÷ 3.52B AVZ SOI = $1.81 AUD per share

Not too far off my 1.88 prediction haha
