Hong Kong: last leg of Félix Tshisekedi's visit to China

1685448633332.png

It is this Monday, May 29, 2023 that the President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi ended his state visit to China with a visit to Hong Kong, a special administrative region of China.

The Head of State spoke with Christopher Hui, Head of Financial Services and the Treasury of Hong Kong, on the assets of this region whose activities generate billions of money in Chinese and foreign currency thanks to the many exchanges carried out every day on this financial center which is among the top 5 in the world.

The Democratic Republic of Congo intends to deepen its relations with the Hong Kong stock exchange, in particular to diversify its sources of foreign investment and improve its business climate.

"This visit is a great experience, because many of our riches, especially rare metals, are sold, bought and exchanged in Hong Kong," said the Head of State.

And to add: "So we have subjects of common interest with this stock market and we will deepen the relationship to see how we can better take advantage of our wealth for the benefit of our people".

President Tshisekedi also exchanged with Li Jiachao, head of government of Hong Kong and members of the local executive.

Together, they explored ways and means to strengthen exchanges and areas of cooperation between the DRC and Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is not only a financial center, but also a major world port and a regional center for the resolution of commercial disputes.

The DRC is also Hong Kong's 8th largest trading partner, trade which increases every year.

Posters here have no influence. To think otherwise is absurd. Anyone can post anything. AVZ management even bringing up the subject is pathetic. It just displays their incompetence. Blame it on social forums. It's a joke.
Correct in a way but pressure on social media does have a effect IMO. Not sure how much in out circumstance considering all the good posters & muppets on Twitter speaks volumes… I’m 50/50 on any decision being made because of social media..

Also but it has been mentioned occasionally we should pipe down a bit so smacks that somethings getting through…

Top 20 shareholders would be the voice IMO but even then I think they are subjected to silence like the rest of us!

Who knows maybe Huayou, Yibin etc know exactly what’s going on !

If I was Huayou I would be asking questions yeah ? Unless they are sleep with the opposition all along ??

Know wonder Nige is keeping tight lipped until court dates maybe !

He’s definitely dealing with a whole bunch of headaches to say the least.

Let’s hope we all get out of this ontop 👍

And to think that bombarding a Mining Week platform to bitch and squeal about our nemesis can be somehow positive for AVZ is ridiculous. Fair dinkum.

Hi @MoneyBags1348 . I know you've helped us & our cause too much already, till it hurts. But can you please add at least 2x URL's / links to authorative sources/articles in the DRC, e.g. IGF report. It will add lots of credibility. IMO.
I've been hoping it would not come to this, but I'll raise with Vuka Group starting Mon-5-June if no +ve AVZ Ann by then.

@Deboss @FilthyRich2 @ anyone with direct contact to Nigel, AVZ Execs & BOD - let them know ASAP that we are running out of patience and need genuine positive news by Mon-5-June, 2023. IMO.

GLTAH, Sparrowhawk

Sparrowhawk it’s clear my last post isn’t derogatory in any way and it doesn’t mention or blame any DRC govt officials…. It simply states the facts which have been known to those officials not mentioned above and nothing has been said or done by those same people to support us for over a year.

Those who say otherwise and those who say information in forums like this makes no difference probably have an alternative motive and if they aren’t prepared to fully explain it then it’s their issue not ours.

The IGF Report is available on AVZ’s website along with other information outlining what has been happening. The ‘Corruption’ thread is 11 pages long with information on our case and links to Jules Alingete. To be honest I can’t remember everything on the thread, but I think you could skip the first 4 pages. There’s a lot of stuff from @Frank and @Sammael as well as copies of legal documents by @Carlos Danger and @9cardomaha. The Legislation thread also has information.

The DRC know Nigel and the BOD are doing everything legally and respectfully and it’s the shareholders that have given the greatest voice to our cause, and if we can exert a little pressure by exposing the truth then it’s better than those here who do nothing but whinge and can’t even string two sentences together

Notice how the same trolls never post any information and come out of the woodwork when ever shareholders try to have an impact…. And notice those same trolls said nothing when Zijin and Cominiere were bombarding the media with lies

Positive thinking and shareholder trying to get the message out YES… Will it make a difference 🧐

Probably NOT UNFORTUNATELY…Not at any HIGH level that gives a FUCK IMO…

Just gotta wait it out boys & gals…. Nigel and team AVZ apparently are doing this same and not much else until ASX announcements.

@BenGriffo Are you getting anything else apart from silence also mate ? I guess not and you have a few shares and been around since 2c ish…

Can’t really overstate how unfortunate it is that the Zijin ICC hearing was postponed. Instead of having their case thrown out pronto, they (with Cominiere) have been given time propagate more bs and file another bs ICC case.
That ‘conflict of schedule’ was a gift to them, almost to good to be true imo
