Just a reminder to those that might have forgotten this:

BrainChip Responds to AGM Remuneration Report Resolution Results • Remuneration Report did not pass and company receives first strike Sydney – 23 May 2023: BrainChip Holdings Ltd (“BrainChip” or the “Company”) (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), the world’s first commercial producer of ultra-low power neuromorphic AI IP, today received a strike as a result of an Against vote on the remuneration report. The Board of BrainChip acknowledges the lack of support for the Remuneration Report resolution. While the Company implemented numerous changes based on shareholders’ feedback received last year, as articulated in the Chairman‘s 2023 AGM opening remarks, the Board is committed to continuing our constructive engagement with shareholders while focusing on the execution of the Company’s strategy. This announcement is authorised for release by the BRN Board of Directors. _____________

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
You can have your opinion. Ive got mine.
I read about this clarification by the german posters a few weeks back.
I'm happy to stick with my research and my opinion.
Cheers
You can check it on Socionext's website on this link here https://socionextus.com/?s=akida.

Solutions displayed incoropating Akida are:
  • Smart Display Controller for Automotive Remote Display

  • Low Power 60GHz RF CMOS Radar Sensors with Embedded Sensing Engine and Built-in Antenna for In-Cabin Monitoring

Unless I'm missing something?

Hi @Rise from the ashes, it makes no sense. Not sure what product Hans Peter was asking about because that part isn't included in the screen shot above but if you go to the link that Socinext refers to to find out more about Akida, it clearly shows our involvement in both.

I believe the german posters informed us that Akida is inside the SC1220 60mhz Radar . But this radar is years old on Socionext own product series guide.
I guess we will all have to wait and see.
Doubt Socionext will answer emails asking about Akida in yet to be released products correctly.
We are all used to being dissapointed by now with our dot joining coming to no fruition
Im happy to keep my opinion on this subject.

If Rob happens to "like" this one on LinkedIn, then the signs would be looking extra good IMO.

PS: Come on Rob, please press that "like" button. Resistance is futile!😘

Back in December 2020 a significant pair of announcements occurred within hours of each other. If you weren’t around BRN then or you’ve just plain forgotten - BRN announced the Renesas IP deal and the NASA EAP partnership basically back to back. At the time some people wondered if there was an implied connection between the two announcements?

Hi Bravo,

We were at CES 2023 with our mates Prophesee, Socionext, nViso, and VVDN:

BrainChip Joins Technology Partners During CES to Demonstrate Capabilities of Akida-Powered Solutions - BrainChip

BrainChip Joins Technology Partners During CES to Demonstrate Capabilities of Akida-Powered Solutions

Laguna Hills, Calif. – December 29, 2022
...
BrainChip joins Socionext in the Vehicle Tech and Advanced Mobility Zone, located in the Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall in Booth 10654. Socionext will be showcasing its leading-edge technologies and solutions in automotive imaging, AI, and smart sensing to help customers develop feature rich custom SoCs that enable product differentiation with an added competitive edge. Socionext has played an important role in the implementation of BrainChip’s AI technology in SoCs and the companies are working together to satisfy the need for AI in edge computing. As part of this showcase, BrainChip will be highlighting its functionality with NVISO’s human-behavior software designed for the automotive in-cabin environment.

There may be room for debate as to whether Akida is incorporated with Socionext's radar as a SoC, or whether it has been adapted (model library/layer configuration, ... ) to work with it as a connected device.

Hi @Diogenese,

Yes, I'm aware of that #63,217 😇. As per my previous posts today, I can't understand why there's any doubt about Akida having been incorporated into these solutions when it clearly shows that it is on the Socionext website itself.

Looks like we are CURRENTLY in the 1220/1230 series radar sensors. Imo these series are already for sale (along with the 1700 GDCs) and it probably will take some time for that to translate into revenue for us.. under whatever arrangement we have with Socionext regarding our share. The 1260 series may be an enhancement/variation of the 1220/1230 to release next year and their website hasn’t been updated yet? Who knows?
