So we need an announcement from BOD putting things straight and warning SH it's just another destabilizing attempt at backdooring us.
There will be SH wanting out but this is defiantly not the way to do it. Plus the date is 1st July so no benefit in this tax year so may as well hold on for better news which l am sure is coming one way or the other.

Just to reiterate what other posters have alluded to here, this latest " MAGA " scam suggests AVZ is not dead in the water by any means .............. why the need for another con i ask myself ?

Doesn't mean Bloomberg is involved, just that the super funds that are sending the messages out are potentially using Bloomberg within their back office for their instrument identifiers.
They would have received the offer documents and made the offer available for their wholesale clients (they would likely be in trouble if the offer went to any retail clients).

No one knows what might be going on behind the scenes , but it looks to me like the DRC are still hoping the AVZ BoD can be rolled.
An interesting question is , why is Nigel holding off on announcing the securing of funds$$$$ ?

Maybe RIO will help push the roadblocks through and use their global power to advance manono for a slice or substantial offer.
