The argument re Locke pricing is pathetic . Pricing on what? Interest on an up to a $20mil loan when the Resource if worth Billions ? Are you serious ?What’s wrong with donations when it’s substantially cheaper than aggressive Locke pricing? Give it a spell

Relationships have been destroyed by Cominiere / Zijin along with accomplices Kong and other china state snakes plus the inaction of a gutless leader FT, AVZ BOD just protecting its rightful interests which have been disrespected in every possible way..........arbitration, whilst regrettable is the only course of action, which has ultimately killed off the relationship beyond repair one would think.....imoAre there any core relationships in the DRC that we have maintained in good standing?
I think we could count the local Manono community in that bucket, I believe they still remain onside. The pastors perhaps too?
You may want to look into litigation funding pricing, definitely not based off of interest on the loanThe argument re Locke pricing is pathetic . Pricing on what? Interest on an up to a $20mil loan when the Resource if worth Billions ? Are you serious ?
Honestly I think you could be sold snake oil, intelligent maybe but lack of street smartsIt continues to amaze me about the negative speculation that occurs on this site about AVZ, Nigel and the Board. Nothing like shooting yourselves in the foot. Why not simply wait for the announcements and discuss the facts. All you end up doing is increasing investor anxiety.
Here you go the CEO of Rio Tinto being asked about Lithium and Copper investments today on Business Weekend on Sky News. Now there was no mention of the DRC or Manono from my recollection, but they were talking about current overseas investments.
It is interesting to note that wasnt both Commiere and Rio in the same room with the World Bank recently- or am I wrong.
I will leave this with you. View attachment 67554

History will tell us if it was the least worst option . Not you .While you are probably correct in your assessment that arbitration killed off AVZ's relationship with the DRC government, it was always going to be a win-lose relationship anyway.
So AVZ rolled the dice and probably chose the least worse option...and here we are.
The sun will rise tomorrow morning, and with it a ray of hope that this will end on a positive note for us all..
Cheers

TLH , I don't think anybody in their right mind would put up 1c towards a capital raise unless AVZ had the mining licence and the chinks were out of the picture , if Loche funding was taken off the table I would think something stinks , AVZ owes me money and lots of it we trusted everything they told us and was unable to get a straight answer at last AGM because of cheating non Australian greedy Cu6ts , but I will not put up anymore monet to still get nothing but heartache and disappointment , and how I feel about the greedy low life Australian pricks doing everything in their power to spread lies and misinformation I pray to Allah everyday for your financial demise .I haven’t kept up with the comments regarding Loche funding and assume it’s been discussed however, is it an option to do a shareholder capital raising?
It will dilute the share holding but can hopefully be done in a way that increases Aussie ownership.
I am not overly keen to put in $ but will
do whatever it takes to see this through.
Would love to see a part buy out of AVZ by a big Aussie mining mob even if it’s for peanuts….just to give us the big brother backing we need.
i must be out of my mind, as i would....TLH , I don't think anybody in their right mind would put up 1c towards a capital raise unless AVZ had the mining licence and the chinks were out of the picture , if Loche funding was taken off the table I would think something stinks , AVZ owes me money and lots of it we trusted everything they told us and was unable to get a straight answer at last AGM because of cheating non Australian greedy Cu6ts , but I will not put up anymore monet to still get nothing but heartache and disappointment , and how I feel about the greedy low life Australian pricks doing everything in their power to spread lies and misinformation I pray to Allah everyday for your financial demise .

I definitely would - I like to see things through.
I would reach behind my couch throw in what I found. My couch is a great source of secondary income its angled so that it automatically empties peoples pockets of lose change.
