Where’s Zeebot 😶‍🌫️
Oh fuck I've been misunderstood!

Showtime!!.....between Golden Boy and Cruiser

It was just a bit of a blow off and a laff on the commentary nothing more

I think I've been drama affected by the absolute shit on the crapper :ROFLMAO:

Need to stop visiting there...... the dogshit contributors and paid up members of the CCP bring out the worst in you
Hopefully not another dissapointment.

Poor old Mike Tyson. Fucking scary but definatly did look his age!

Hello to all AVZ holders. I'd like to put forward some musings if I may.

Like many, I'm a long term holder.

And FYI, I'm just as annoyed as anyone about the last couple of years.

I do however have a slight bounce to my step currently, as I believe things are turning/have turned in our favour.

Firstly, silence from the BoD. Interesting. No? Been a loooong time.
They've definitely gone to ground.

AGM rapidly approaching. Have you read what's being voted on? Really?
It's a nothing. It's meaningless. IMO, just a couple of issues to vote on, " 'cause we gotta have an AGM." It'll be over in ten minutes.

Where's the MMGA crew? That's right. NOWHERE!

No additional motions put forward.

No persons of ill repute putting their hand up to be voted in.

No motions for board spills.

In my humble opinion, a deal's been done.

News prior to AGM? Maybe? Probably.
Most likely.😉

Food for thought?

Good post.
We're talking two different things here. AGM and position of AVZ
Gotta disagree that a deal's been done, I think the horse trading has probably been going on for quite a while.

The problem is that with any number of interested parties potentially involved, I believe that the situaton may prevail for some considerable time before a resolution is agreed .
Hope that I'm wrong.

Was pondering a similar thing today after my 4mg of hopium into my eyeBALLS. And I additionally mused this. They are going to want to deal with us sooner than later. China are keen to lock up all the lithium before trump and musk start drawing up their empire lines and putting red dots on a map. Before they finish the power plant and before they get their diggers to site. They are not going to want to dig around the biggest deposit in the area and have their tailings covered in poor African babies and mothers sorting lithium by hand. While the BIGGEST DEPOSIT IN THE KNOWN WORLD. Is sitting right there with security and Australian flag on it. They want to deal. They want us the fuck out of the way so they can scorched earth the entire area. It’s straight forward really. Buy us out of $20, Or sit in arbitration and eat shit for decades while we use our remaining funding to employ the biggest MFs you’ve ever seen to walk around our site with automatic weapons.

$2 I think not - it needs to be significantly more than that.

RHyNo your habit of pretending to support shareholders and then not - yours is a double-edged sword with only one intent I suspect.

100%, I have made this point numerous times before: $2, and other desperate figures, are just that, desperate.
All they do is talk the price down. Nobody has the right to do that and they need to stop.

Updated the price prediction big fella so you and your buddy who don’t comprehend geopolitics, tradewinds, metaphors, lithium value, micheal Langford, Klaus, long term investments, tiredness, rights, negotiating, the DRC, and fair value, don’t get your knickers in a knot. I hope this pleases you both. $20 half of Dave’s dream number where the lithium transports itself to market, double the standard excitement level without the $2 for zinjin pinappling.

Given the fact that the value of the lithium in the ground equals 4 dollars a share at 800 dollars a ton spot price presently and has been up to 8000 dollars a ton. 2 dollars a share is well undervalue

You guys....
$2 is now an absolute pipe dream IMO.
There would have to be something to come out of left field to get a value like that at this stage.

1.50 would be an absolute godsend. DRC business climate 10x worse than expected ( even after researching it). I’m stoked at that number having learned about how they treat investors

Absolutely. We’ve all learned a valuable lesson, don’t send a Tasmanian to battle a bunch of snakes in Africa, it only goes pearshaped.

2 agm's ago, Nigel was asked the question by Beisha about the substantial increase in BOD insurance premiums. Would the insurance now be called upon and therefore funded by the insurance? Question to ask at the next AGM

I think the insurance was more Directors and Officers Insurance or Management Liability Insurance.

That type of insurance is designed to protect management/the board being sued for wrongdoing in the execution of their fiduciary duties

It's not business risk insurance or business disruption insurance or anything like that so I think the answer to your question is probably no
