I'm hoping that Sean can tee up a cornerstone investor, such as Arm, prior to transitioning from the ASX to NASDAQ (or elsewhere).

It would do wonders to improve market credibility and investor confidence. How many more institutional and retail investors in the US market would be willing to invest if they see a well-known industry leader backing our company?

It would also help to open more doors for joint ventures, licensing deals, or integration of BrainChip’s technology into major products.

I think shareholders should be asking if this strategy is being vigorously pursued. I have asked both Sean and Tony Dawe on previous occasions if a cornerstone investor was something they would consider and they seemed open to the idea and may have already been weighing up options for all I know.

Bravo anything can happen but whether you like it or not the timing of announcements are very bad. There was pressure on sp because of Anil news, then .4 million annual revenue only, then 40 million on market sale and still that may not be sufficient for 20 million drawdown before June 2025 and then moving to US.
Then on March 7 we may be out of asx300 as well. As on date there was no time when brainchip made any announcement during on market sell off. We are continuous on market sell off for almost last 2 years.
I donot know what is the plan with the management but in last 3-4 years since Sean is incharge management looks out of ideas on sp. If you look at decisions made by current management it looks more favourable to shorters than to holders except that small window of opportunity during mercedes news even at that time a lot of effort was made by shorters to raise the sp to 2.34 and then start shorting to 15 cents.
There is no doubt we have a world class technology but do we have a world class management? I will say that raises questions upto now. Let the management proved their worth to holders otherwise they are losing it in a big way. No one wants to invest with weak leaders. Now the ball is in Sean's court to prove his stretagy is working otherwise I donot think either we are moving to US or Sean and tema is staying as incharge of show.

Just putting it out there. Unless we have a signed up customer that wants their NDA blown I for one don’t actually see any signings before we hit the good old USA. On the list of reasons very prominently was the disclosure rules re ASX so if you were about to sign and didn’t want your competition to see or read about it in full on the ASX would you wait bit. I would love a price sensitive announcement and a 1/5 ratio swap but as some have said 1/30 may be more likely or more if no news. My hope is on a speedy entry to USA and hope Trump doesn’t think we are exporting something and try and whack a Tariff on it.

First off I am all for the move to the US and onto a new exchange.

Now with the consolidation.. i hope we don't go that way at all. We would more than likely be doing it out of desperation, (In our current state) which will work against us. To do it would we would need some catalyst announcements before the move. This would give future investors a thumbs up to jump in. I have been involved with a reverse split/consolidation which is now worth less than the pre consol price.

$5 or $6 a share would be a good place to start before moving over. But some massive news would def need to pop up.

They have given shareholders every excuse under the sun why they have Akida has failed to sell, Covid, economic downturn, the laying off of thousands of tech staff in the USA, the ASX, Shorters,
Real reason failure by management to translate interactions to sales And contracts. Simple. It will not take much only a few of the top 20 stakeholders to side with retail to completely sway this vote, it happened with the remuneration vote, Unless they show us some magic in the next two months. Why trust them, have they showed us any reason to trust them so far. ANSWER NO THEY HAVENT. They have screwed us over. Iwont be suprised if they issue them sevelves free shares as a reward for making the US exchange whichever one it is. All to compensate themselves for any loss they incurred. My biggest hope is the ASX says no, I do query the court approval bit to?? Like they are saying we may have to take it to court against the asx if they don’t approve the transfer.

Surprisingly, Elon Musk has revealed that he will forego Space X's exploration to Mars and will instead establish a 'EMOON base' and Brainchip is licensed to produce the chips. Unfortunately, Sean Hehir (The Prodigy) has to find another place in the US.

There is a chance of a US CR not long after listing to raise a few $ and get locals trading.
There is a chance as Bravo said of a big defence company using AKIDA wanting a decent stake to help prevent a rival coming in through the back door. Also it could be viewed as a great investment.
