I'm surprised that there has been so little mention of the annual report and the remuneration of BRN execs. The report certainly makes for interesting reading! The level of remuneration and long and short term incentives is nothing short of disgraceful. Has anyone else gone through the annual report carefully and been blown away by it?
What report? I don't see the most recent report? I believe its coming out 28 29 9r 30th April.

Now think about the fact that brainchip management knows who bought those shares and still Sean is telling us that the CR is a result of good relationship building by team brainchip for last 2 years and we all know 60 million shorts closed their position with in 2 days of those allocated shares.

sorry I didn't make that clear..It the 2024 annual report and specifically around the remuneration..

After reading they have paid 68K US to a consultant to look at their remuneration, I began looking back at previous annual reports, looking at their remuneration.

It's shocking seeing how we have allowed them to reward themselves so generously with the share price where it is.

That is just what they do in the US.
They load KMP's with equity as incentivisation.
The theory is if they get rich so do holders.
This was recognised by the consultant who said if you operate in the US then you remunerate via US standards.

Hopefully our rémunération for supporting Brainchip will soon show up as well.

I know the payout is hard to stomach but I do believe that the hard yards are being done by management, I'm a great believer in what goes around comes around.

The reality is, Sean didn’t have to run a capital raise with these so-called sophisticated investors.
He could have stuck with LDA for capital management like they had been doing successfully for the past 12 months. Instead, he handed the perfect exit to the shorters, the very same group that’s been hammering the stock. It’s incredibly disappointing to see management work against retail holders like this.

And now, because of this, we’ve got another major problem coming up on 1st August, those 103 million shares will be allowed to hit the market. More unnecessary pressure that could have easily been avoided if management had acted in the best interests of long-term holders.

I like this bit Drooben man

"If this technology becomes the standard, BrainChip could become one of the most valuable companies in the world".
To have a MC of $2.2T our SP would be around $1100......

This is what we have all been waiting for. The indicators are all pointing in the right direction. The question is: will we have to wait another 3–4 years? Will we see a rising share price before the move to the US market? If not, what will happen to all the small investors holding around 20,000 or 5,000 shares? Will they end up losing everything due to the RS? I think these are concerns that some people have. Of course, we will have a successful company and hopefully become a leader in our segment. But will we also get our share of the success?

There is no share coming back on market, those were all sold out shares. Google the conditions mentioned, it does not say they have to hold onto shares even for a single second.
Yes Sean should not have said, it is because of team brainchip relationship building effort.

There must be some solution but I just don't know.

The Oils summed it up with this great number from the past.( to be played on No 11always)

Good afternoon back in Australia,

Yes, I'm still in the Far North of New Zealand until early August and are looking forward to coming home to Perth, it's been a tough trip this time, but I'm still alive thank God! .... there are some evil people in this world who love hiding in the dark, wearing balaclavas, hoodies, carrying a hammer and think it's ok to batch a senior citizen, but the universe has its own way of balancing the ledger, black will always be black, dark will always be dark, may the light shine down on all the evil in this world and expose them for what they are, gutless, weak cowards.

Sorry, I'm off topic, I just wanted to say that I still think that our company has and is still making very good progress, despite clear evidence that revenue is about to start flowing into our accounts, the long termers must see the progress we have made, the writing is on the wall, time has always been our enemy, yes it's been and still seems like an eternity, but we are still moving forward.

Name another company who has "really succeeded at the edge"...........not ONE!!!

Here's to a positive week ahead............best regards............Tech.

Sorry to hear that Tech.
Hoping you are ok and are recovering well.
Some bugger stole my rear number plate which I discovered late on Thursday and I was feeling hard done by, but your news puts my inconvenience into perspective. Shit happens sometimes and we just need to shake it off I guess. Was hoping BrainChip would drop some significant news before the AGM to soften any backlash regarding the proposed redomicile. Still have this week I suppose and at least have had a small uptick in the share price. God knows what madness the orange idiot may yet unleash to further destabilise the markets but it certainly aint boring.🤣

The company made sure that whoever received the new shares agreed not to sell them in a way that would break the Corporations Act within the first 12 months.

Basically, the shares can’t just be dumped on the market right away unless they comply with the law (usually meaning they can’t be sold at all without a special disclosure or exception).

After 12 months, they can be sold freely (unless new restrictions are added).
