Manono was a topic about min 75 onwards ... for just 3-5min

- hoping to be taking off of arbitration
- no positive momentum picking up currently between Kobold and AVZ in negotiations
- Australia and the US are working closely in the history --> winnig formula for Australia, the US and the DRC

Actually,
"There was some positive momentum a couple of weeks ago in Perth, before the negotiating team was taken back out.
We hope that is able to be picked up again, so close to the critical minerals accord."

That doesn't mean momentum is picking up again. There was momentum. Now there is not. They are hoping it picks up again. Things have stalled.

Rough notes of what he said:

one of Hunter and Co's clients is AVZ. Hunter approached them 8 months ago. The project is the subject of arbitration. If US/DRC government return licence we would arrange to sell the project to a US company. This would be in the best interests of all. A lot of heavy lifting has been done over the past 8 months. The State department has been instrumental in creating circumstances where this could eventuate. Unfortunately commercial negotiations have stalled somewhat. There was some positive momentum a couple of weeks ago in Perth before the negotiation team was pulled out. We hope that is able to be picked up again. So close to the announcement of the critical minerals accord, we hope that the momentum can be picked back up. Manono being one of the jewels in the crown of such an accord. The Trump administration has been fantastic in providing a context where this project could be restarted and taken off the table of International arbitration and put in the hands of a US company. If it is Kobold then what they have done previously in Zambia has been good. We hope the negotiations can continue the positive momentum and the project can be started back up again.

Seems like another "deadline" missed and no conclusion. Seriously who has still any hope that there will be a positive outcome in the near future.
Fuck Kobold and go ICSID if they lowball, but we are all here for the money.

You know what, you’re right.

And Mr Evans, I believe we met before at a shareholder meeting in Sydney. If you’re at the AGM, feel free to reintroduce yourself — and bring some of the bravado you show here. Same goes for Winenut. And Xerof, I’d especially like to meet you — without your keyboard.

I won’t be hard to spot — I’ll likely be the tallest person in the r

MMGA posted a written copy of the statement on their now payment expired website one week before the AGM in November 2023

Here’s the key part Columbo

CATH never corrected them

And the amount of votes MMGA got would have been extremely unlikely without CATH’s support

The idea that CATH would let MMGA run around claiming they wrote this statement without a public rebuttal for an entire week in the lead up to a board challenge at the AGM of one of their most important investments for supply is really fucking stupid imo

I like this . Reconfirms Arbitration blocks Kobold . Also it's now been said publicly at a very high profile meeting that AVZ hold the rights to Manono. Kobold now runs the risk that Arbitration will reveal Corruption and a much higher value $$$. Looking likely AVZ /Kobold will find a middle ground IMO .

SECURE AND RECOVER YOUR CRYPTO WITH THE HELP OF SOLACE CYBER WORKSTATIONS

I joined a dating site hoping to find companionship, never imagining that it would lead to one of the most stressful experiences of my life. At 68, I thought I knew how to protect myself online, but loneliness can make even the most cautious people vulnerable. That is where I met a man who seemed kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in me. Over time, he gained my trust and introduced me to what he referred to as a private cryptocurrency fund. He spoke convincingly about exclusive opportunities and high returns, and I believed him. Over several months, I sent a total of $52,000 in USDC, thinking I was making a secure investment for my retirement. It was not just the money, I felt a connection hope, and excitement that I had not experienced in years. Whenever I had doubts, he offered reassurances and explanations that made me continue sending funds. When I finally realized the truth — that it was all a scam —I was devastated. I felt foolish, ashamed, and hopeless. My retirement security, something I had worked a lifetime to build, seemed lost. I confided in my daughter, who immediately found SOLACE CYBER WORKSTATIONS and urged me to reach out. From the very first interaction, the team treated me with patience, compassion, and respect. They never made me feel judged or embarrassed. Instead, they listened carefully, asked detailed questions, and explained the process in clear, understandable terms. Their experts went to work tracing the funds across the blockchain, identifying the scammers' accounts and coordinating with exchanges to freeze assets. After weeks of investigation, they were able to recover USDC $45,000, nearly all of what I had lost. The relief was overwhelming. They had restored not only a significant portion of my retirement savings but also my sense of security and hope. I cannot express enough gratitude to SOLACE CYBER WORKSTATIONS. Their professionalism, skill, and genuine kindness turned a devastating experience into one of recovery and reassurance. They treated me with dignity throughout the process and proved that even after betrayal, there are people committed to making things right. Thanks to them, I have regained my financial stability and the confidence to trust again. If you have similar issues, don't hesitate to reach out via:

FFS, it’s getting a bit like groundhog day around here tolate, same old same old every fucking day

Here, I’ll throw you a bone to chew on - it’s a favorite topic of yours LOCKE, you know the deal that never went ahead because AVZ got offered a better deal by our previous mates with MMGA?

So here’s the hearing date - you seem to have missed it, but I’m not surprised, you’re always a week behind the rest of the world.

Not too exciting, a bit of posturing over process, but this will get kicked down the road for another 3 months.

At least it’s something different for you to talk about

report back to me

@KentCStrait

I’ve also said this before: the worst thing I’ve ever done was joke about Oreos with the fake Felix account. Yet because Mr Evans, Xerof, Winenut and the rest don’t agree with my opinions, I’m the one branded a troll.

Hard to have sympathy for any of them. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

I’m still waiting for you to post those screenshots you were going to share. You know, the disgusting racist posts and the ones of Adolf Hitler that you claim I posted 👇

Clearly neither you or Xerof know what Mr Evans has been up to across on X. Not good. Really not good.

I've got screenshots of his account before it was suspended. I can share it if you really want…

I think this is a more accurate portrayal of Mr Evans given what the little man has been up to across on

You know the posts where you…. Oops, I mean yaseen, no, I mean yaseenmebefore impersonated Brian Cottingham with multiple accounts on X posting vile racial slurs 👇

I see yaseen, I mean @yaseenmeoncebefore has deleted some of his posts since yesterday and replaced them with these 👇

You know yaseen, even though your meta data and fake emails all leave a trace, I saved all your previous posts as required by the police.

I suggest you start looking up legal terms like court order, legal request (e.g., subpoena or court order) for account information, identifying specific posts / accounts deemed to violate, enforcement to preserve records that constitute potentially relevant evidence in legal proceedings
