Still accruing. If I recall correctly the €39 million was accrued between the initial orders and Dec 2024. It includes amounts related to tweets by Criminiere (CNTS) so it's a little more complicated to determine the current tally than just X days times €100,000. For a rough number just double the original amount since we're approaching Dec 2025 and the silly CNTS were tweeting again this year.

As I understand it we would need another application to liquidate any further penalties and the court would determine an amount at that time. Others likely understand it all better than me. If so then please correct anything that's wrong here.

All of this shit is still active plus Cominiere have been flagrantly adding to it with further actions

Despite my repeated efforts it's hard to describe just how damaging this is on a legal basis for Cominiere and their west taiwanese business daddies

Nigel could literally turkey slap an arbiter at this point and we would still win imo
