Thanks Dave. It always amazes me how you keep so much info organised and accessible. My notes just get lost under other notes until eventually I clean up and lose everything, besides my foggy recollection that is.

No worries Sanger’s, it all comes down to @Spikerama asking me to put information in paragraph form and @CashKing telling me how to do it on my phone.

As far as getting the latest updates, I think it comes down to bumping into Nigel when he’s out walking the dog.

@Xerof actually already provided the latest updates. We’ve secured a new arbiter and ICC and ICSID will resume, so fuck KoBold.

And I’m waiting for @Carlos Danger to let us know if we actually renewed PR4029 on time. If we did, it would indicate that the DRC CAMI is continuing to act corruptly, which could feed into our arbitration cases.

Next stop is the ICC validating the 5% Dathomir purchase which would provide proof of our 75% ownership of Dathcom and support Nigel’s case.

What I find really odd is that 4029 and 4030 wouldn't be paid at the exact same time

That paperwork posted by Kiki does show a stamp from CAMI that indicates the payment was late

But I have no idea if that is when it was actually paid or not

The fact we still have 4030 says to me this is CAMI bullshit

I just can't see us paying one on time without the other imo

I meant 4030 has clearly been paid on time that's why we still have it and it is strange to me that AVZ wouldn't have paid 4029 at the same time they paid 4030

All DRC surface rights bills are due by 3 months after the start of year so they both would have had a 31/3/25 due date

And the tenements were both issued to AVZ on the same day and both due to expire on the same day so are essentially one asset

It's possible they were paid separately but extremely unlikely therefore why would 4029 be late and not 4030 unless this was done because Zijin got the snacks involved imo

I agree 4030 was never affected by any overdue payments nor marked so at CAMI page.
