Tried that already Dan in a previous e-mail …Management dont like that TONE of voice …they found it un necessary

This MMCS ICC dispute is a Comminiere problem yes ?

So essentially whatever judgement/decision is made Comminere pays, if they have deemed they sold off their share then they pay MMCS the equivalent yes ?
i.e if 5% its $50 million.

This in theory only effects us in the sense that we may be tapping up MMCS (if they win) to purchase their share of the project off of them ?
Is this correct ? If so we best be talking to MMCS, covering bases an such.

Well that depends … wasn’t the green queen giving MMCS from cominiere …..but she’d already signed off the 15% to Zijin

She obviously wasn’t very good in math class … how’s that going to work …. May actually put a bit of pressure on Zijin to hand over that offical letter of non pursuing of Manono 15%

Always use the correct pro-nouns, it's 'they/them' against 'us'

I would not put it past them to get Cominiere to deliberately lose the case (ie not turn up or similar) and give up entry into the Dathcom joint venture, where MMCS/Zijin then may have an arrangement in place. For example Zijin funds MMCS but then get a percentage of whatever they manage to steal from the project.

And AVZ said Dathomir didn’t have legitimate case previously so we didn’t go to the that court hearing and Zigin didn’t have a legitimate case…. but somehow we now have multiple cases to attend.
