Unless a lot of that expenditure has been advancing the mine site towards production were pretty fucked tbh. Unfortunately I'll bet its the lawyers making all the money here, oh and the BoD. Time for that shoe of good faith paycut for Nige and the boys I reckon.

They are essentially unaccountable until the AGM by which time all will be good or AVZ will not exist.
It seems to me that prior to the last AGM and the preceeding RSs they got a number of heavy hitters on board that they used to help reassure us and our retail peers that all would be ok.
An EGM would shake things up but it appears that the big boys are happy.
So either they know something we don't or they have been hoodwinked.

Does everyone really believe that he & the board are sitting on their backsides and drinking pina coladas, instead of trying to get the licence over the line!

Nigel, at least, is in the loop as to what is happening and, presumably, has updates as to what is happening.

Us retail shareholders don't know jack about what's happening - 9 Months of suspension, and the same message being sprouted by each announcement gets deafening. After being worn down for 9 months with trolls, false news (postive and negative), false articles, and little to no updates from BoD - people are understandbly and rightly so frustrated to the point of breaking/anxiety.

People want to know what is happening with their funds invested. WE know how valuable this resource is. But it is worthless to us shareholders until this resumes trading.

Can someone please explain to me why the majority of Proactive Investor's interviews with Nigel have been deleted ? I can only find one from over 2 years ago . They were all there a few months ago now gone .

Yes but with all due respect we are being told very little if anything of what’s happened for 9 months and let’s not ignore the fact that Nigel has been paid over 400k whilst being frustrated in suspension. I’d love to be that kind of frustrated…
I have no doubt Nigel and co are busting a gut and I truely hope they succeed but I have had mine and my family’s money tied up in this and I cannot access a brass fucking razzo of it so I believe that gives me some right to have a bitch and moan ( and mostly in jest ) every now and then.
And by the way Nigel doesn’t have $100m riding on this at all! He has approx. 200k riding on this and has made many multiples of that in salary from AVZ.

Let’s hope in the very near future we have plenty of positives to talk about because right now there really isn’t any…

It caught my attention as I sometimes go back to these interviews to re analyze them . I videoed a few of them at the time for personal reasons suspecting they might get pulled. If true this will need to be addressed .

I don't know any more than you guys do (in fact, I probably know a lot less), but it occurred to me that releasing an updated BFS with mind-blowing new numbers might not be in our best interests if we happened to be negotiating a deal for more %

Indeed during such negotiations, disappearing any interviews containing references to mind-blowing numbers might be helpful.

Just spitballing. I have no grounds whatsoever for this speculation; I'm usually a 'glass half empty' guy.

Has the class action proceeded beyond the investigation stage?

It hasn't gone to court yet as far as I or the market are aware so a subpoena couldn't be issued. Also surely whoever is behind the class action would be able to get a copy of the videos without the need to remove them. They would also probably want to keep the content of the videos public if they felt they had a case. More likely this was done at AVZ management's request imo

What reason would AVZ management have for wanting to pull the interviews?

and
What leverage would they have over proactive to compel them to pull the interviews (over and above threatening no more interviews)?

Bullshit. If we have “good legal title”, have followed the mining code to a T, and are of the opinion that the ML has been held up “illegally in our view” it tells us that the law is on our side and that there must be avenues for legal recourse. So stop fucking around and get into the courts and sort this shit out, stat.

Also, remember when we were smugly told how this shit would happen automatically by court order if the ML was not issued after 30 days? Nigel and his fucking hubris, hey?
