I'm hopeful of a resolution before it gets to the ICC . Nigel knows time and money are not on our side .There is also the chance that if something cannot be sorted the MoM will pull it completely (In The Nations Best Interest ). I think if all the cards were going to fall in our favour it would have happened by now . IMO

If this isn't resolved before the ICC hearing this will drag out for another 6 months. Once it hits court/arbitration it will get bogged down. I'm hoping something happens beforehand.

Daz if my memory is right he has been wanting a takeover long before we went into suspension…. on the crapper and then here. Has said he is comfortably retired and doesn’t care what happens with AVZ.

I’m starting to think he’s a Chinese troll masquerading as an Australian marsupial who has never posted anything positive but don’t care anymore, I just know I won’t be missing anything important by having him on ignore.

@Bin59 I read that article on the 0.3% tax yesterday and didn’t think it was worth mentioning. 0.3% is nothing…. On a $1billion it’s just $3million

It’s worth keeping an eye on that prince, he may be related to the princess and I notice there seems to be more bullshit getting posted as the Chinese companies and Cong start to try and dig their way out of their own lies and deception

Balance is most important - echo chambers for any one side are dangerous, but i do think letting it out and having a rant shouldn't be shat on by others.

I've seen positive and negative comments from most of the regular posters, so lets just be cool everyone.

We're all in different situations; those who are struggingly financially obviously will feel more pressure and tend to be more negative; those who aren't struggling as bad will lean more optimistically; those with more on the line, want to be more positive, blah blah blah the list goes on.

I suggest there be a TSE exchanging of shoes, so everyone can calm down and walk a mile in others' shoes.

But ultimately everyone here just wants some fucking clarity. That's not our responsibility, so lets not bash each other and stay the course (feels like the home stretch).

Big difference between you and others John. You’ve invested over half million on AVZ and you’ve gone back to working 12 hours a day…. Unlike those on here winging 12 hours a day

Anyway let those who want to whinge every day do it if that’s the consensus, and give the Chinese and short seller trolls all the ammunition they need if shareholders think that’s what’s best

Last year Cominiere mentioned TSE by name and complained about the effect we were having in the DRC, but some don’t think it’s worthwhile taking advantage of this forum to back our company and push our case to the world when they can whinge instead
