There are no legs to the article as you only have to visit Manono, speak to the locals and see what facilities have already been built for the workers.
The only thing that the Mine is waiting on is the Surface Rights to be calculated, the fee to be paid and then the Mining License to be issued. The holdup is not AVZ.

Sure but we already know that the DRC are perfectly capable of falsification and fabrication of bogus documents, no doubt destroying evidence and so on. Plus these bogus players are counting on the fact they can tie up AVZ in legal disputes from every direction, which seems to be a part of their master plan and seemingly now being used as a lever for the the DRC to worm their way out of their commitments.
All of these things take a lot of time which is the most disappointing aspect of the whole scenario for SH with money tied up.
Apologies for expressing the frustrations once again, comes over me sometimes.

Trouble is these fuckers have continually fed a stream of bullshit to the Congolese population over the course of 14 plus months and even beforehand with the talk of Graeme having a warrant out for his arrest in drc and so on.
Nobody has a real idea of what's going on apart from AVZ shareholders (at least we think we do with near zero communication from management). Even the western media is simply spreading a heap of misinformation and bullshit, purposefully or otherwise due to the all the crap that's floating around and confusing the issues which should actually be simple.
Corrupt DRC courts seemingly have ruled against us in prior cases that weren't really disclosed to us by management if we're being honest. Those cases were clearly illegitimate but nonetheless it seems they did happen.
The whole thing is fucked and we need some solid positives both officially from management through the asx and critically from the corrupt shit fight that is the DRC government moving forward.
When is enough enough and how long do we have to wait for all this escalating shit fight to be put to bed once and for all?
I am so sick of bullshit upon bullshit piling up like a festering quagmire of shit.
Does one's fucking head in tbh. Fucking drowning in shit with no real end in sight.
Dodgy cunts the world over spewing shit from their filthy orifices and their dodgy media platforms. No doubt largely driven by Chinese who we like on the one hand but are trying to fuck us on the other and a select few in the DRC government desperately fighting for their system of self serving bribery and greed. Likely with the top dog as either one of them or powerless to do anything about them it seems at this stage.

Re the two prior posts

Kiki does a great job, but he's years behind the eight ball on that Zijin news release. We have discussed that article every groundhog day since it was published, and determined:

Firstly, we observed that Zijin were reluctant to specify EXACTLY which tenements they "purchased shares from COMINIERE" in. Of course it was 13359, and they knew it was illegal. They only started mentioning it when they were outed

Secondly, they made a typo when mentioning the Cooperation Agreement signed with COMINIERE and wrote 13427 instead of 13247. This was never corrected. I think that was a genuine error

Some of you here held shares in Force I think. Do any of you know how they lost those tenements? I seem to recall they just walked away, saying there was nothing of interest found, but would be happy for Kiki to uncover more dodgy manoeuvres between those two

Cohen seems to also be confused saying the request for an extension by ICC will be refused, as in fact it has already been agreed to - now September/October, as announced by AVZ a couple of weeks ago. But I agree with his sentiment - they are running scared, delaying and will lose badly

I don't know the exact time, but 4CE morphed into CRR.


In the end of March 2022 quarterly report CRR reported

6. MALAWI & DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO
The Company has completed the cancellation of mineral interests in relation to its projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Malawi.

Going back in history 4CE reported that limited exploration had been carried out, but it shifted its focus to more promising prospects due to the significant detoriation in lithium spodumene demand.
Which was at that time.


It looks like 4CE kicked the tires at the Kitotolo and Kanuka tenements, looked with watery eyes at AVZ and were of the opinion that 4CE was wasting time and money in the DRC and had better things to do.

So that highly likely explains why Zijin is much more interested in a proven resource and quietly thinks fuck drilling holes for a joke, those silly Aussies did that for us. Let's start digging!

And Cominiere collected the US$200,000 from 4CE as per previous reports. ( AVZ paid about 33 times more for 13359!)

I don't know if they onsold the tenements to Zijin, but their activities were limited to exploring how much money they could rip out of the system.
That is why Cominiere calls itself an exploration company.
