AVZ Discussion 2022

Just like Elon Musk holds ownership in Tesla and Vanguard Group Inc. owns significant shares in Apple and Tesla, Bit Capital Group is now opening its doors to everyday investors—giving you the rare chance to not only earn profits but also become a shareholder in a rising company.

Through their trusted investment broker system, Bit Capital offers a SAFT agreement (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens) with a guaranteed return within three months. After securing your first successful profit, you’ll be eligible to transition into equity ownership—meaning you can own a real stake in the company.

This isn’t just a short-term gain—it’s your gateway to long-term wealth, ownership, and being part of a fast-growing financial ecosystem. While others wait, you have a seat at the table to grow with the company from the inside out.

Invest smart. Own your future. Be the next success story.

GO AVZ!!!!
Certainly got a general positive vibe with the machinations of the US, DRC, Rwanda, Kobol, ICSID etc etc etc

One would have to think we're very much at the pointy end and just waiting for the "official" announcements from all relevant sources

Bring it on ;)

For the good people that have been on the journey for a long time there was a party proposed at Jag's place way back in the day that we'd all love to go to!!!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Of course there are a few miserable arses who won't get an invite and will just have to have their own sad hand party.....

Good luck everyone

Hope the Nige can bring it on home.....lobsters and bubbly all round!!!

RIP @John25

Let replace every bad energy with a good one.
$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ 's FY2026 Q1 earnings report, perhaps the most eagerly awaited in the market, is set to be announced after the US market closes on May 28.
The consensus among market analysts is for a revenue of $43.2 billion, marking a 65% year-over-year increase, and an EPS (earnings per share) of $0.814, reflecting a 36% rise from the previous year. Presently, out of the 44 analysts covering NVIDIA, 85% recommend buying the stock, 12.5% suggest holding, and only a single analyst advises selling.

Couldn't help noting the timing of RIO's CEO being dumped, the day before our ICSID temporary suspension was enabled. Wonder if there's a connection.

Plenty of rumours including: heated row between CEO and RIO chairman in the preceeding week; suggestions CEO had gone too fast and too long on lithium; Arcadium still losing money; corruption allegations in Mongolia; depleting iron ore grades in Pilbara; ESG issues in Zambia with Chinese partner; CEO job done as a change agent so making way for a growth specialist, etc, etc.

Regarding how will Kobold develop Manono, did RIO commit to a deal with Kobold to add to RIOs already $10 billion bet on lithium.

One imagines Nigel only requested ICSID suspension once Kobold provided a clear mining path forward to the DRC's satisfaction.

Still think RIO is likely in the mix here but curious as to whether their CEOs sudden sacking is related. Otherwise just killing time lol.

Yes dude. You need to do it. It's issuer held so you need to register so that the company can account for your shares and ledger them accordingly on the Automic system.

It's not hard mate. Just get on there and set it up. You were probably sent some advice last year about your SRN. Have a look for it. Once you have that, you are set. Lemon squeezy
As long as AVZ does not publish an explicit request to shareholders that ALL shareholders must be registered with Automic in order to receive, for example, a special dividend or other special payment, I believe that custody at the custodian bank is sufficient.

Normally, the bank is the registered holder, but it acts for and on behalf of the beneficial owner, which is me.
It is the same for me: my shares are held by my bank (DKB) at a custodian or partner bank.

I assume that in the event of a TO, or any kind of end to AVZ, the shareholders will be informed of how to proceed.

I would not currently transfer the shares to another broker in advance for no reason, which would also enable them to be held at Automic, and this would probably involve costs.

At the moment, however, nothing is clear and I remain on hold.

Or does anyone have any specific information about this?

Someone next door recently related how their ownership of an AVZ holding in his SMSF had reverted to the custodian or broker. This occurred unbeknownst to him per the fine print relating to delisting or inactivity or some such. Best check you retain control and duly transfer to Automic, the AVZ recommended holding registrar.

This is my first time hoping on a site like this and all I do is get laughed at and get criticized, well I’m not lost that happened but I’m glad it show me how clueless most are still on the stock and crypto market ,when you just want to be a good person and take an advantage.
If it makes a difference , your avatar picture is a thing of beauty....

Side note, if the chinese keep the north & the US get the south - long term it will be really good for the DRC people to have both heavy weights incentivised to work closely together and it might just keep the Chinese more honest in production. Obviously all the corrupt ***** get away with murder, but for the Manono community & overall DRC civilians it presents a really good opportunity.

It could even help ease tensions between the US & China, maybe Trump is reminding Xi with the Tariff discussions that they've allowed China to keep the North of Manono 🤷‍♂️
Spare me the niceties Scoota ole mate, just show us the money son !

China can hold hands with the US or duke it out, couldnt give a fark.

Investment dream is dead, its all about fair compensation now.....whatever that is.

One thing i do hope tho, that this " peace deal " becomes the pivot for the poor suffering locals in DRC to garner a better standard of living.

Will it happen ?

As long as FT is president, i highly doubt it.

DRC is a cesspit.

I just checked the responds to Kobolds Linkedin post again and noticed a Zinjin Metallurgist appreciating the AVZ/Kobold deal and somehow claiming to support them. In whatever way...

I held avz shares in different trading accounts, namely comsec and ibkr. they were removed from comsec and so I set them up in automic. I contacted interactive brokers at the time to request options, they said I could leave them with them and so I have. The shares still show up in my ibkr account however they have been marked down to 0.15 though. I figure I'll leave them there also and hopefully collect the cash from my ibkr account.

0.15 Dollar? How would they come up with such valuation??

My German brokers still lists them with the last trading price of 0.519 EUR. However, the asset is not counted to the total value of my account.

I did not register with Automic, yet. Actually, I get regularly snail mail letters from my broker regarding aussie stocks I hold. Apparently, companies sometimes request that all stock holding institutions to communicate personal data of the holding individual. However, according to German data protection law, they are obliged to inform me about that process. Happend also before various key milestones of AVZ and other companies. So somehow it appears as if the companies indeed know I am a holder of given stocks. Didn't happen with AVZ since long time, though... might be since delisting, but I didn't take reccords, unfortunately.
