So here is the Question . What was Kobold's offer to AVZ about ? If AVZ had accepted Kobold's low ball offer ,weeks ago now, would Kobold not now hold the rights to Roche Dure ? The issues you refer to did not seem to be a problem during the initial stages of Negotiations when Kobold was trying to screw AVZ .Bottom line is Kobold tried to rat f--k us and came up empty . Now they are trying to bully us by throwing it back to the DRC to resolve in the hope we cave in and take their pathetic offer .Unless of course the US are strong arming the DRC to resolve the issue .
