sell 60% of the shares to AVZ International in violation of the provisions of the joint venture contract in its article 16 point (f) relating to its commitments and according to which, it could not sell its shares before the date of commercial production .


Mhh this doesn’t sound good, any thoughts about this? Does this mean that we get all our percentages unlawful? :O
When the 60% buy was against the joint venture contract, the 15% buy from dathomir must be against the contract too. So my big question, have dathomir a chance to go to court again for the 60%? what is the drc now doing?

60% sell dathomir to avz illegal
15% sell dathomir to avz illegal
15% sell cominiere to zijin illegal
5% sell cominiere to MMCS illegal

How can avz say they have a good legal title????????

Avz got the money, made all the drillings, studies, off take agreements, got a Production Partner. But is their any possibility the Drc takes it all. Cath dont need avz, they only need the lithium and have enought money. This i a real cluster Fuck. Avz must know that they breached the contract when they buy the 60% / 15% from dathomir. now I'm really completely clueless what will happen with us!

Don’t forget that 60% purchase has already been through the courts when MMCS tried to dispute. Court ruled in AVZ’ favor then so hopefully that’s that

two different things. MMCS was part of the old joint venture. Dathcom was firstly dathomir 70% and 30% cominiere. cominere sold 5% to dathomir.
So dathcom: 75% dathomir and 25% cominiere. Then later avz was coming and bought 60% from dathomir. So dathcom then: 15% dathomir 60% avz and 25% cominiere. But the sell was against the dathcom joint venture contract. Our current contract. so the 60% was illegal. i think nobody controlled what happend, the igf now made a look in the joint venture contract and found out the dathomir breached the contract when they sell their percentages -.-

It’s not illegal. You need to read this section again. This also explains why in the video Zijin gave back the shares.
