Spot on. The likes of Svetlana, Maja and Dominic Furtaro among others on Twitter who tag every politician, NGO, DRC media outlet, and world leader they can, as well as Elon Musk, are definitely not helping the cause.

You have to wonder why people think tagging the likes of Elon Musk in posts will get them anywhere.

Reckon he's taking a break from breakfast before he goes to run his billions of dollars to read a post from some loud mouth in Melbourne that gambled too hard at the ASX casino and couldn't pay for her house?

Imagine how many notifications he has on his Twitter when he wakes up in the morning. I just clear them and don't bother reading them if I have more than 5.

Guys do not bother asking/wondering whats being said in this video below it is an absolute shitshow, she is the puppet master and they seem to be following her lead. What a bunch of clowns. Half of it makes no sense tbh. IGNORE. I tried to watch but had to stop... horrible what a farce

I watched a bit of it, hard to follow with bad audio and shitty YouTube autotranslate.

But on the whole, all of what she was saying seemed to come down to "I don't like it" "I feel like this so I've just done whatever"

All very much came across as her just doing what she wanted and trying to make excuses for it, not so much anything to do with actual procedure. That gives me a little confidence it's all bullshit that we'll eventually get sorted out and she's not gonna get her way 'just because'

Mate, I think the commercial strategy being undertaken by AVZ to overcome current hurdles in the DRC is a little more important then taking this fight to social media or via positive company announcements (just to keep shareholders a little happier if that is at all possible.) Hint, this is one of the reasons for the road shows, to make some effort at this difficult time to assure larger holders there are reasons for the way things are being managed and in due course playing out for our expected benefit.

There is a strategy for positive info to be timed appropriately IMO. Personally I would only like to see any positive announcements released once AVZ is trading again, not now (if there is any discretion) as such announcements would be lost like tears in the rain and sucked up and spit out by AVZ adversaries in a moment.

Of course I'm sure any announcements that require disclosure under listing rules are being released etc, yet I think we all know there is a certain amount of discretion available to the company much of the time on such things.

I'd suggest radio silence is the smart move at present no matter how anxious some shareholders are seeking a better social media footprint or announcements to combat attacks by incumbent, corrupt and nefarious players. For what it is worth, sit tight, what you seek will not help or change the game afoot.

Cheers Frank. Not sure if Wombat mentioned it, but we visited the DRC, it was pretty scary and luckily they had crocodile on the menu when we were there, as we would have been in real trouble.

Tesla Inc. stock -7.17% was removed from Wedbush's Best Ideas list on Thursday, with analyst Dan Ives citing the overhang from Chief Executive's entanglement with Twitter Inc.

"In what has been a dark comedy show with Twitter, Musk has essentially tarnished the Tesla story/stock and is starting to potentially impact the Tesla brand with this ongoing Twitter train wreck disaster," Ives wrote in a note to clients.

"From selling Tesla stock again and again, to the PR nightmare that Twitter has become, cutting 50% of employees and then needing to bring some back, Musk's attention focus from Tesla to Twitter, and ultimately the fear that this Twitter lightening rod of controversy on a daily (almost hourly) basis starts to negatively change the Tesla brand globally." Tesla IS Musk, Ives wrote, and it has made him the richest man in the world.

Tesla is the golden child of his empire, and he's changed the auto world much in the way that Apple's iPhone changed phones. But now he has managed to do what short sellers tried and failed -- to crush Tesla's stock despite the EV company being in a position of strength.

Ives said he still believes in the EV story as a longer-term play, but Tesla's roughly 25% selloff since the Twitter deal is "an agonizing cycle for investors to navigate and has put massive pressure on the stock as its a Boy Who Cried Wolf narrative shaping up."

Ives is sticking with his outperform rating on Tesla stock but lowered his price target to $250 from $300 to reflect the overhang.

Tesla was slightly higher premarket but is down 50% in the year to date, while the S&P 500 has fallen 21%.

The effective installation of the Lithium value chain in the provinces of Haut Lomami and Tanganyika was at the center of exchanges on Tuesday between Minister of Mines Antoinette N'Samba Kalambayi and fifteen (15) national deputies from the province of Haut-Lomami and Tanganyika.
According to the Congolese press agency, which delivers the information, at the end of their interview, the national deputy Odette Mwamba Banza spoke in these terms: "Our concern is the effective installation of this value chain, which promotes not only development but also the balance in economic remuneration among the population. We also wanted to know who will be the stakeholders in the exploitation of Lithium in order to benefit the population from its benefits."
For her part, Minister Antoinette N'Samba Kalambayi, promised to spare no effort for the development of the mining sector in the DRC.

Some people seem to have an issue with the rubbish that the green MoP says. Just treat the rubbish she says like how you treat the rubbish that Trump says e.g. rigged elections, unproven/dangerous treatment for COVID, etc. At the end of the day, the truth wins and if the US president with way more authority and power than a DRC minister cannot simply get his way then it's a matter of time for the green MoP to get punished for her wrongdoings. If you can laugh at the wild claims of Trump, you can laugh at the wild claims of the green MoP.

The Office of Her Excellency the Minister of State, Minister of Portfolio, recalls with regard to the dispute between DATHOMIR and AVZ, the following:
Under two share sale contracts entered into in June 2019 and August 2020, AVZ INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD acquired 15% of DATHCOM MINING shares held by DATHOMIR MINING RESOURCES SARLU at the price of
21.0. 000 US. But, towards the end of 2020, a stock market announcement from AVZ revealed an agreement to sell its own 24% shares in DATHCOM MINING SA to the company Cath Energy at a price of US$240,000,000.

This strong disproportion between the two prices led DATHOMIR to request, by its letter of December 31, 2020, the valuation of its 15% of shares to protect itself from the possible risks of injury and even significant tax adjustments.
Given the refusal of AVZ INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD, DATHOMIR terminated the contracts on May 14, 2021.
After termination, AVZ INTERNATIONAL, after payment of a deposit of USD 1.0,000, attempted to pay USD 20,000,000, a sum which was immediately returned to it.
Curiously, by fraud, the CEO of DATHCOM obtained from the Principal Registrar of the Single Window for Business Creation, Lubumbashi Branch, a share certificate and a register of associates of DATHCOM MINING SA dated August 31 and 1 September 2021 according to which AVZ INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD would have become the holder of 75% of the shares of DATHCOM MINING SA, that is to say the 15% of DATHOMIR MINING included despite the termination of the contracts and the restitution of 20,000,000 US$.
Cited by DATHOMIR MINING RESOURCES SARLU before the TGI/Lubumbashi under RP 14944 for forgery, the CEO of DATHCOM MINING SA, the Principal Registrar of the Single Window for Business Creation and the civilly liable DATHCOM MINING SA were sentenced respectively to 3 years in firm main penal servitude, 1 year suspended SPP and 50,000,000 US dollars for DI on the basis of the judgment of December 24, 2021.
The CEO of DATHCOM MINING SA, the Principal Registrar of the Single Window had appealed against this judgment before the Court of Appeal of Lubumbashi under RPA 7610.
The Court of Appeal of Lubumbashi condemned the CEO of DATHCOM MINING to 3 years of SPP and DATHCOM MING SA to 25,000,000 $US in damages.
In addition, the Commercial Court of Lubumbashi, seized under RAC 2858, ordered the suspension of the payment of the amount of US$20,000,000, and this, while waiting for the ICC, arbitration judge chosen by the parties, to rule on the decision. termination of two aforementioned contracts for the sale of shares between AVZ and DATHOMIR.
For the Ministry of Portfolio representing the interests of the State, the share capital of DATHCOM Mining is distributed as follows:
- AVZ International: 60% instead of 75%
- DATHOMIR MINING Resource SARLU: 15%
- COMINIERE: 25 of which 15% were sold ZI JING and 5% to MMCS
The State shareholder, expects, in accordance with Article 71 of the Mining Code, to obtain the transfer of 10% non-dilutable of the share capital, percentage to be distributed in proportion to the shares of each shareholder, after transformation of the exploration permit (PR13359) into operating license.
