I am so sick of thinking about AVZ. My entire life, housing situation, confidence to start a family ect is all tied up in Nigel's hands.

I thought I was at the end of my tether in November, I don't even know where I am now.

Mate I feel you, this is me too. Everything has been on hold since may, I just can't believe it's still going on.
I'm just stuck waiting and my life is a joke.

My main problem for me is the insecurity. If it would be save that everything will go in our favor even if we need to wait until 2024, I can wait. Because I know there is a finish line. But we have no timetable, no idea what are the real problems, no information about a progress, no backup by the government, several ICC cases with unknown endings, maybe new cases added in the future, no control over the needed Mining License. In this time I have no idea if I really see any euro of my money again, the company pay a few guys to help, nigel pay himself over 33k$ monthly from the money other people gave the company. And that is so fucking unfair! Personally i will never touch again any company one of this guy is sitting in.

I'm very comfortable in understanding what the problem is. But obviously I can't guarantee everything will go in our favour.

I don’t trust the informations nigel say. When the government is really interested in the project with avz there would be a possibility to realize it. First say fuck you to MMCS and Zijin and cancel the deal because it was against the law. Done. Then tell dathomir the deal was legal so you don’t have 15% anymore, when you fight against it you have to pay the 285 million for the streets you promised us. Then tell the corrupt ministers they have to do their job or they get kicked out or arrested. Instead of waiting 9 months and counting and loose money they need to feed their people. That’s what a good head of state would do. Not traveling through the world and try to sell other countries their own shit. My bet is that felix is part of that bunch of assholes too. Like the other deal with a Australien company which get blocked. first grant licenses and then blackmail that not enough African companies are involved. Even the people of manono beg desperately to the president because it would change their lifes, but nothing happen not even a answer what is the problem.

South-South cooperation: towards an Environment and sustainable development partnership between the DRC and Indonesia

The Prime Minister, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, had a major working session, this Monday, January 23, 2023 in his office, with Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, Coordinator of Maritime Affairs and Investment of Indonesia, who has the rank of Prime Minister.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Environment, the Minister of Industry and members of the Indonesian delegation took part in this meeting.

In front of the press, the host of Sama Lukonde explained his approach: “The Indonesian president changed me to convey his greetings and his sympathy to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

There are two things we are going to do with the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

First, collaboration on rainforest and peatlands to create carbon credit for both countries and we are thinking of doing it with Brazil.

That is to say, a tripartite DRC-Indonesia and Brazil.

It will be a very great power in terms of negotiation capacity at the international level.

Regarding climate change, the Democratic Republic of Congo is a very wealthy country.

If we can work together, the DRC and Indonesia, we will be able to bring prosperity to our respective peoples.

I really enjoyed my meeting with the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi in Davos, Switzerland, and the VPM in charge of the Environment, Ève Bazaïba was also present and we believe that we can move quickly towards the implementation of this collaboration, in a particular way.

The second point at the center of our exchanges with the Prime Minister concerns the sharing of experiences in the management of mineral resources which are crucial for climate change.

As far as we are concerned, in Indonesia, we make sure that every mineral resource can benefit the Indonesian people.

During our meeting in Davos, President Félix told me that this is exactly what he wants. This is his vision and this is the approach he wants to apply. He wants mineral resources to benefit the Congolese people first.

The collaboration between the DRC and Indonesia will allow us to build this system desired by the two countries in order to materialize the same vision such as electric vehicles, lithium-based batteries.

The Democratic Republic of Congo and Indonesia, we can build a strong partnership that will benefit the peoples of our two countries.

It will create job opportunities for millions and millions of Congolese,” he said.

For the VPM in charge of the Environment Eve Bazaiba, today's meeting is the result of a long process which resulted in the signing of a tripartite agreement, DRC-Brazil-Indonesia.

Today's meeting is part of the bilateral between the DRC and Indonesia for the implementation of this agreement.

“It is an agreement that will be made in two parts to achieve sustainable development. The first component is our forest cover, mangrove forests and peatlands.

How to capitalize them?

Because the DRC, as a solution country, plays the same role as Brazil and Indonesia, in the face of climate issues.

Each country is the leader of its basin.

The second component, the local processing of our natural resources, starting with timber and moving up to minerals, because the three countries are all carriers of strategic minerals which help, not only with the new information and communication technology but also to the energy transition.

It is in the same vein that the DRC capitalizes on water resources to have clean energy, hydroelectric energy as well as the continuation of this energy which is photovoltaic energy, wind power, and biomass.

Overall, all this will lead us towards sustainable development.

For the specific case, we are the South-South cooperation between the countries of the South.

We do not need to be dictated by this or that other country which does not understand the sensitivities or the realities of our two or 3 countries with Brazil.

We naturally have the same vegetation, the same potential, the same challenges, and we play the same role throughout the world.

It made perfect sense that we could finally get together. This starts from this agreement signed since November 14, 2022, ”she concluded.

Honestly WHO knows the exact reason why we are in suspension …its been that long ago it was announced …then NF slipped in at the AGM the “shorts position” a pissing 4% …let us worry about shorts …every stock get hammered now & then FFS we were a ASX200 stock once …thanks to our useless & out of touch board Monday ive had to do a @JAG and commence work again .Whilst our under performing BoD drain our funds like maggots on a dead carcass
