I have send a message 2 days ago and one to the MoM..but now I will do again. It’s possible to send pdf documents with the message to the president office. I will send the letter from zijin and the mining decrees with some statements of dathcom and my opinion that their show to be a country who anyone can save making investments is just a joke. I will send a message every day. And tell them they are in the international magazines already like the spiegel with their corruption shit.

The ICC technically have no jurisdiction, however they have power. Just like money is not real, it's an agreement that we all believe is real, so that we can proceed as a society. The ICC's power is that most reasonable businesses agree that they are a final arbiter. If you disagree, you will be shunned by other businesses. If the DRC don't get that, it's going to go badly for them.

This letter is seeking to set out and advise Dathcom compliance with legal basis of the mining laws and how the decrees issued by MoM do not comply with the established laws. It’s Dathcom return warning shot to MoM stating we comply with the established laws of the country and we are surprised the MoM has deviated from the constitution and mining laws. Shows to MoM that Dathcom are confident and steadfast in their position imo.

Observing misappropriation and identifying its actor is one thing, but judging and condemning the offender is another. It is noted in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a clear will of the Head of State to put an end to the practice of corruption and misappropriation of public funds by relying on the General Inspectorate of Finances, IGF in acronym, which by financial patrols, has shown its worth with its revelations in several files, in particular the latest of the current SNEL and many others.

My personal belief is that AVZ will be ok and issued with license.

Regarding the letter by NF, it contains factual information, but I believe it contains 1 very big omission. That is, the splitting of 13359 in the original decree. It is not referenced in the letter as being illegal. Which by my understanding is not in the mining code.
