Marius blowing smoke until 25mins they begin discussing AVZ.

Well, that was a tough read, but when Marius finally got into the topic of "VZ " ....( AVZ ), he really went to bat hard and laid out the facts of the matter well....

a) Zijin 15% agreement was unlawful, AVZ was not invited as per ROFR

b) Zijin 15% agreed payment $33m was a rip off of the state finances

c) AVZ certainly does have the technical capacity to build RD..........with all the AVZ bod having 30+ yrs in mining experience.

d) AVZ certainly does have the financial capability to construct, ..........$800m at their disposal compared to the $500 / 550m capex required

f) Marius and AVZ bod ready and waiting to present the case to head of state


What really blows my trumpet in all of this.............not a peep of MCS, DATHOMIR, ZIJIN bullshit for 4 yrs whilst AVZ was proving up the resource to DFS capacity plus technical favourability , spending $85m in the process, then all of a sudden...

Whats even more bull shit is AVZ has been requested to create harmony within Dathcom participants as a pathway going forward even tho our rights have been corrupted by those other participants and we still havnt had a meeting with head of state!!!! ............

Where / when did it all go wrong ????

At the recent AGM, Nigel mentioned he had a notion that the chinese would play silly buggers, but was completely blind sighted that members of the DRC govt would be complicit.

Now my question, why would NF have a notion that the chinese would play silly buggers in the first place ?

Could it be he was well aware of Dathomir, Zijin plot well in advance ?

But because it was " spurious in nature with no material effect"..........not worthy of mentioning ?

And who could forget the Malaysian Sovereign Wealth Find 1 (1MDB). In 2015, Malaysia's then-Prime Minister Najib Razak channeled over RM 2.67 billion (US$700 million) from the fund into his personal bank accounts, and he thought it was OK.

By that standard, the DRC is barely corrupt at all (ha fucking ha, the DRC is corrupt to the core).

They’ve invested far more in AVZ than what their own market cap is; a one roomed office down in Sydney from where they registered as an Australian company without doing a tap for 4 years...apart from sucking in AVZ shares...now on the asx with a couple of corn flake box lithium projects up in the NT....likely never put foot past the gates up there either
