If they get the 15% back from zijin they dont need the 5% from MMCS, so it wont hold up anything. IMO
It is my thoughts that the ICC will throw it out as AVZ have stated that are not party to any agreement. It will then be up to cominiere obtaining the 15% back from zijin which zijin have already said they would give it back because they are such nice corporate citizens.
Having said that the MMCS decision wont hold up anything, I do not believe that they will get it anyway.
With what the MoP has done by sacking 60% of her cabinet, could her cabinet been advising her and providing the wrong info. Maybe she was not corrupt but was a puppet to her cabinet?
It will be interesting to see how this plays out IMO

There is no real evidence that minister of Portfolio was provided incorrect info though.

What we know:

Modeste Bahati Lukwebo (AFDC party) and adele kayinda (ALDEC party) have been taking shots at each other for some time.

The portfolio minister, Adele Kayinda, has now dismissed all the members of her cabinet from the AFDC-A grouping and AFDC party led by Modeste Bahati Lukwebo.


If we want to have useful information to predict what may happen, then we need to do more research into this political battle that is going on.

So are they saying they are actually holding it up as it's going to be rewarding enough for them or something else? Why wouldn't it be in their best interests? What the heck??

Zijin didn't pay for the northen part of PE 13359 or buy it in any way....so how can it be returned or not returned??

Zijin purchased a 15% interest in Dathcom from Cominiere

We’ve seen this letter before and it’s classic Zinjin shit-fuckery. It includes a logic bomb that a) creates exit costs for Comminier so high that it amounts to extortion (ironic, hey?), and b) ensures that matters get tied up in red tape and court rooms for years to come if the lease over the northern section does not fall in their favour.

It was however, nice of them to record their naked corruption in this form for posterity.

Cominiere’s poor manners and evasive behaviour won’t earn them any respect from others attending the meeting. The Meeting started in Manono at 10:00am - it’s still going at almost 2:00pm (4 hours) so hopefully they don’t finish until some progress has been made.
