Just had a look at that ANL playbook.

This is the thing that is flickering dark shadows in the back of my mind @Chilla.
Unless they're utterly desperate, why would they make such a sham of a play, with a lame, rushed website, with no Vision statement or Mission Statements.

But the more I look at it, and all the wonderful research everyone here has brought to our attention (You're all ledgends!), the more I think that they quite literally, "can't be serious."
Because they might not be.
Perhaps there's something else in play and this is a distraction/focus shift or just stage 1 of unseen and future plays.

Anyway nothing you can do about the things you don't know, and only time will tell.
I just have a sense of creeping dread about it all.

My only projection that settles the nerves is if they had promised to try this play to the DRC Mafia/Zijin/Cong circle, and are just keeping their promise in order to keep favor with them for other/future deals.

Just my musings, time will reveal all, and if the countdownsers are right, none of it means anything anyway, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
