you would think a logical consideration for the board over the last 16 odd months would have to have been on how to defend against hostile TO or shareholder/board attacks... Surely they have plans...

maybe old nigel is just going to issue BS performance share to himself again to dilute their holdings

Can someone explain the 25% block Board decision making by Sir Les, not that I think they'll be able to get the additional 200m shares in a short period of time? All I could find was that if the annual remuneration report at the AGM is voted no by 25% or more two years in a row, a motion to spill the Board is required. However, last year's remuneration report was passed with 77% vote.
