AVZ Discussion 2022

I would like to think the team and Serge have a plan in place to press this issue in a classy way, our money and the BOD's reputation having been on the line, this all went to crap around the time Serge was on stage pressing the President for a ML - removed from Battery council and stalled shortly after this. We need a resolution of sorts ASAP otherwise we're in big fkn trouble. What a fkn shitshow this country is

Isn't Serge just doing some random panel discussion, which also happens to include Eric Fucktard? Is he also doing something else that I'm not aware of?

Also will the BOD release a statement with their views on this MMGA bs? Is Nige even allowed to throw shade on PH?

Why would the BoD give any more oxygen to these twats??
They've done all they are required to.

Unfortunately not, and it would probably be best for mgmt to ignore Peter and his goblins rather than give them anymore attention than they’ve gotten so far; the story behind Peter’s dismissal is well known by now I’d say, so there’s no point flogging that dead horse anymore. The important thing to make sure SHs understand that voting for Peter would be a vote against their own interests, and that’s better served imo by us SHs emphasising the point rather than the BoD

Honestly …time to call it …16 months with no end in sight …Last AGM Nigel stated that there has been TO offers but nothing sufficient…honestly this should be discussed amongst SH’s & put to a vote …Nigel/Ben/John & Co havent been seen or heard since last AGM …lets move on with our lives & get out of this corrupt shit hole.Sorry not in a humerus mood today…might be bipolar 😐🤷‍♂️

I'm also in no laughing mood and feel like something needs to change, management have been hiding from shareholders for near 12 months and will most likely get a strike at the upcoming AGM. They need to execute something now, better be in DRC and find a way to lock themselves in a room with a decision maker. Beyond a joke now

Serge pressed in a respectful but forceful manner back then too. Camera cuts to a smirking Mr.President. That alone has summed it all up.

Look at what other African nations are doing that are actually serious about Mining and investment, Uganda with IXR is the obvious and easy choice to compare right now. Meanwhile we have to goto ICC and ICSID just to get negotiations with the nation state happening ffs, using an IGF report as evidence, double ffs. Then you have to hope these incompetent extortionists have a clue they have Buckley's chance in those arbitrations so best they negotiate and with a degree of understanding of their standing in this palaver too. On evidence to date pffft.

I just hope while BOD are over there they have taken enough windows and helmets with them for their negotiations. Must be an experience !

Well I can assure you, quite a few of my colleagues have AVZ shares, idk how many but they earn around $400k/year so I suspect may have bought a decent amount. (Probs because I was yapping on about AVZ a lot back in the day). But I asked them about this MMGA stuff and they had no clue about it BUT they do want their money back. Their mood from them is "I've written it off, would be nice to have some money back" so my concern is, people like them will vote for MMGA. Would be nice if Nige released a statement saying "PH leaked a bunch of confidential documents, he also has a huge nose"

It would be helpful if the bod made an official announcement directly addressing the misleading statements about asset ownership on MMGA's website. Obviously the announcement about the ICC judgement regarding Cominiere not being allowed to terminate the JVA does this indirectly but it needs explaining to shareholders that don't follow the forums. Most shareholders of AVZ wouldn't have a clue who Mupande is and why the CAMI portal shows Cominiere owning 13359.

They aren't going to do that 2 months out from agm... people will get side tracked and forget etc. I'm sure, should it be required, there will be a concerted effort much closer to agm date...

People are down in the dumps it appears due to no line of sight on what's been happening... we may well have had some good stuff occur in our countdown...but, out of sight means people think nothing transpired... it doesnt have to mean that at all...the wheels may well be in motion... just square fucken wheels...

And when we do have the AGM after 18.5 months in suspension & nothing can be discuss because of on going court cases & cone of silence “Wheeling & Dealings “what then…we cop it on the chin…I was taught Leadership was communication /Transparency /Accountability & Trust …not secrecy behind scene dealings & Being MIA

Yeh, things have happened just like I predicted, however hasn't been revealed yet, just wait till we see the DRC documents with the dates signed!

Interesting how these new popups with german names start by referring to us shareholders as warriors and finish by saying they just want out

And in the middle suggest the the worlds biggest hard rock lithium project is a non event and AVZ won’t even get a mention at the DRC Battery Metals event

Some shareholders still don’t seem to realise there are those in the DRC that have misled and tried to stall our BOD, it’s now our BOD doing it

I consider myself a very pragmatic person... this is why this situation is so frustrating. The asset has a potential crazy ROI if we can navigate to mining. The problem is our management team hasn't been able to execute on their plans in a timely manner, granted they are clearly outgunned and outnumbered, with their hands tied (on what they can/cannot do - bribery and corruption being common in DRC and all).

At the end of the day, I think its a choice to either back our management or let the Chinese steal it... I am not ready to write off my investment just yet given what the asset is. That said, if management cannot convince me they are making progress or if a better management team come up with a better plan (asset sale for at or near ATH), I will vote against this BOD in a heartbeat.

The one criticism I would like addressed at AGM is the perception our management has been completely unwilling to compromise on making a deal.... if we had 50% of our tenement mining now, that would have served my interests much better than 100% of tenement stuck in legal battle (but was that ever even possible - who knows).

EDIT: For now I back management.

I think what Nigel and his team have done is force the DRC gov to the table . That has taken time . It's also rattled our enemies . This attempted coup is a sign the enemy knows their goose is just about cooked . IMO

The attempt by Jerkoff and Cong to install puppet directors has ZERO chance of success

NONE

Anyone who thinks that changing the Board at this stage wants to walk away from here with exactly the same...None, Nada, Zip, Zilch!

But if they think they have a way out via PH they'll still stall. Logic doesn't seem to work in DRC.

Answering your Question a few weeks ago ..yes i do work😛but the wind is stopping me spraying ..dont think the neighbours be impressed if the spray drifted into their paddocks 🙈🙏
What amazes me buddy is the naivety of our MD (not the beagle) Nigel has worked in the DRC for decades as a Geologist and businessman but yet has been blindsided by these corrupt politicians /individuals /Chinese of the DRC ,fuck where did he have his head …in the ground or up his arse even Stevie would’ve seen that …
