Given the average length of an ICC case reaching a final award is roughly 26 months, I guess we shouldn't be surprised that delaying tactics can be quite effective. It's pretty clear that our opponents are trying to time us out. Let's hope we can get the first case in, at least in the next month or so, so we can start the lengthy clock towards a ruling ticking and applying pressure on the cases to come.
On a related side note, anyone heard anything about if there's been any headway in setting a timeline for the Cominiere ICC case? Seems to have gone dark since the emergency ruling preventing Cominiere from dissolving the JV.
