To be clear: The Mining Code = Legislation = The fucking law.

There are also Mining Regulations that provide procedural guidance to the code. The 2018 version is a 500 page document in French - if anyone wants to take a gander I can post it in the “mining legislation“ thread (if it’s not there already).

I received my little green letters today. The Mrs saw them and read them and stated that things were not good for AVZ. I guess that's what they are trying to achieve, instill fear in those that dont know. I had to explain to her what was going on.
Those that dont have someone to explain that these scum are trying to steal Manono could easily fall for their rubbish.

This is why AVZ will be organising and sending an updated shareholders letter to everyone before the AGM.
