Pure speculation from me but perhaps they are 'selling' part of it off to Dathcom for free as part of the settlement in the MoU. Just the southern part that we drilled is my inkling. Zijin and Cominiere take the north and we are left with the south with CATH and whichever other Chinese entity bids higher than AVZ can afford for the other 15% that the ICC is about to tell Zijin it can't have. Cong will be given his 25m USD and some of the north to go away. This would mean the DRC avoids all potential litigation including from Zijin against it or it's controlled entities imo

So PR 13359 comes up and nothing on it is right.
Cominierie name on 13359 is awaiting an overturning of the local court ruling, legal process must happen.
But while it's in their name, the status that it's being converted to an exploitation licence, under Cominierie isn't true, they aren't getting a PE Licence.

So the PR13359 is renewed to keep it going, as it's long been expired.
So it's status is changed while it's under Comieries name, because CAMI are cleaning house and making sure everything is in order, meaning it can no longer be whatever it was, something like transformation from PR to PE, right?

This "actif en cours de Cession Partielle" might just be what's required to be entered before it changes ownership, and I'm hoping that means to Dathcom.
All just speculation.

The ‘partial sale ‘ comment on the CAMI website also adds substance as to what this is all about . We know that CAMI has run through a bag of files over the last two weeks ; they’re looking to bring some cash in and currently trying to lube up the cash register.

As below from the fat tail announcement on the 9th of October ( near 2 weeks ago ) it stated that the reason why cominiere is on the CAMI website instead of Dathcom is because Cominiere headed to a domestic court and got the register changed basically without AVZ knowing ; the order was based on false premise ; cominiere told them the JV was terminated and hence order was given and in turn presented to cami to chance the naming from Dathcom to Cominiere ; so that means no JV in the eyes of the court order (an order issued without AVZ knowing anything about it … pretty typical brown bag DRC court shite ) anyway ; invoicing of fees would then technically only go to cominiere … partial sale … if Dathcom JV was still up on the cami website ; then ‘partial sale’ would not appear on the CAMI website as the 15% would be a transaction within the JV

Considering no JV existing under the cami portfolio until the domestic order is turned over ; the 15% sale is not within a JV and simply a sale from Cominiere to Zijin .

AVZ likely got wind of the processes going through within cami and cominiere being invoice instead of dathcom and so the FatTail ann likely had a double barrel in it ; to fire a shot at FatTail and also put it out there of changes that would reverb out and through panicked shareholders .

Expiree date - something that could change and did change 2-3 days after AVZ’s ann

Cominieres name on the CAMi site - something that couldn’t change at this time due to court order … and didn’t change.

Invoicing - issued to cominiere in lieu of Dathcom … because Cami’s portfolio states this until brown bag court order is rectified.

Partial sale - no JV on the cami website ; so it’s a sale to Zijin .

I'm of the camp - to say no to Zijin for any part of Manono.

They have delayed this project for far too long. Who knows what they would do if they were running the neighbour mining site in the north tenement. Remember when there were instances of the attacks and vandalisms in Manono? Imagine how much worse it'll be if they're our neighbour.

I would also imagine that they would occupy the transport routes so that it hinders our ability to transport the stock.

They have much more resources than us - if they sold to others at a severe discount to what we are able to, feasibly - why would anyone buy the same quality of supply at a more expensive rate?

Having Zijin as a neighbour is a definite NO GO.

Have you been able to confirm if the decree is legit?

Fair enough CAMI has to follow the decree if it is indeed real but why is the MoM doing this now against the ICC emergency order. Surely the renewal of the PR could have waited until the first week of November or 13359 could have just been transferred back to Dathcom and converted to PE like the mining code says it should. Why would we need a renewal of PR when our first decree was done after the original expiry date?

Think there is a local court case on this but we also brought up the issue in AVZ v Cominiere at the ICC. No doubt the BOD have the same concerns just relying on local courts.

But its all part of the process, just hunker down and waiting on the first domino to fall - like if ICC rule that it doesn't have jurisdiction because ZJ isn't a JV member, then what on earth are ZJ trading for the north? Subsequently if Dathcom is a shell, what the fuck good is the purported 15% etc.

All a shell game and the rope is running short, hence the kitchen sinking expedition we are currently experiencing.

ZJs slanted drilling isn't even unfounded either, pretty ZJ have been accused of similar tactics at their Colombia gold mine. added to that unauthorized excavation which left neighbouring mines personnel dead.
