I'm still willing to give AVZ management the benefit of the doubt that they have the goods about retaining the north or at least have a legally solid guarantee about being in a JV with the DRC government for a PR

But the mining code is pretty clear that once a waiver is submitted the area given up goes back to the state for the tender process so whatever they potentially have needs to be iron clad

The case by MMGA should bring all facts out in the open for this matter or lead to a deal for the north. Either of those outcomes would be positive for shareholders.

MoM then reinstated 13359 in full, no split.

MoM cancelled the original decree not the waiver. There is nothing stopping that waiver being enforced again as far as I'm aware. Our entire case at the ICSID is about the survival of our acquired rights which is a PE for the south only so obviously management still legally see a split occurring as the basis of our claims.

A very professional announcement and nothing like the amateurish misleading bullshit from Zijin, Cong and the MMGA stooges

There was a time some shareholders (like der geist) complained about not getting announcements. We have been getting announcements on everything since AVZ decided that being polite and respectful to the DRC wasn’t getting us anywhere and our best course of action was through ICC and ICSID arbitration.

I wonder if the latest farcical attempt at stalling by the stooges leaves a money trail back to Zijin and the CCP or Cong and Jerkoff, but whoever it leads back to will be footing the bill for this latest Supreme Court action. Blind Freddy can see all the misleading and deceptive statements these MMGA stooges made in the lead up to the AGM.

And @Carlos, you’re legal attributes are greatly appreciated and provide a good balance to this forum

Just to confirm Carlos, the original "waiver" that we signed for to do a JV for the northern tenement, originally had the permiter higher north and didn't include the camp, the core shed and all the other infrastructure.

If they were so certain of holding on to that northern tenement because we "waived" it, why then did the manono Lithium JV perimiter push further south to include all of the infrastructure? Would they not keep it as the original perimiter, and fight that avenue if they thought we had legitamitely and legally waived the north? In moving further south on our land they've either shot themselves in the foot, OR, knowing that we still have full legal rights to the entire tenement, are trying to be sneaky fucks by pushing further south than they're entitled (as per their argument) in order to fuck with our infrastructure and play with the cores.

Friday can't come soon enough.

Yeah defo the waiver is for a 139 south / 82 north split not this new bullshit. Zijin trying to use shock and awe to make us think accepting the old split with them in charge is a good deal.

Judging by CDL announcement today it is up in the air how it will go but if Dathcom gets the north then we will need to negotiate a new JV with the other shareholders

I can still give you a sexy whale. Nige stating that the figures are JORC compliant is going to give detractors a headache - they claimed we did nothing on the north, or that if we had it wasn't JORC compliant... DRC ministerial decree was looking shifty infront of the tribunal before, this is a nail in the coffin.



The new northern split is different from our original waived area by design, allows for the argument of 'they aren't the same, tribunal can't return it to the way that it was because it's apples and oranges.' But like ive said, its irrelevant because the root cause is the illegal revocation and subsequent actions based on the initial illegal action.

BOD and DLA clearly know what they are doing, this ann while worthy of whale pics, is actually part of the fight to secure the north for us - worst case, the ann just sets the foundation for damages.

Yeah so it's clear that it's just goalpost shifting and they don't really have a legal leg to stand on.

Hopefully all of the bullshit is at the end of the line and everyone gets around a table after or before this ICSID verdict this week and puts the whole thing to bed. DRC Gov either going to get fucked by Zijin and CCP or ICSID and the west.

DRC can still save face by correcting their wrongs and fucking off CKK and Lisette as well as MoP to some other shitty government department, China still ends up getting the product as well as a potential stake with CATL. Time to negotiate in good faith. #FuckZijin though, bring CMOC or some other chinese company in if that's what it takes.
