I know i keep banging on about FT , but how on earth has he allowed all this to happen under his watch ?

I mean , i understand that China pretty much rules DRC, but if eradication of corruption was FT mandate, the proverbial " dropped the ball " quotation barely scratches the surface based on the above summary of events!

IGF report ignored, Cominiere actions ignored, creation of Manono lithium Sas ignored, Zijin currently illegally drilling CDL with multiple rig operation , ignored.

At the very least, why hasnt FT ordered all illegal activities to cease until ICC / ICSID forms its conclusions ?

Or even better, why didnt FT summon AVZ BOD to the round table ages ago to discuss the MOU and a path forward to avoid lengthy arbitration deliberations that had multiple consequences, punitive financial damages, further destruction of reputation globally within the mining investment sector, massive delay to his pillar ambition ..........LITHIUM HUB which would create thousands of jobs and boost the DRC balance sheet exponentially.


Lets hope the " wait a while " newly formed Govt, lead by 75% majority FT ( ) gets a brain and a spine and puts a end to this insanity !

Tommy you wouldnt have a clue - Heads of State have private conversations and there is allot of behind the scenes stuff going on.

Rather than contribute to the speculation why not wait for the ICC and the ICSID to rule.

Oh man another boomer up my ass!! Yay. Mate you don’t know anything more than what is in the announcement. You know it and I know it. I appreciate the hopium that world governments are all chatting away behind the scenes about our situation. But mate provide evidence!!!! Why wouldn’t they mention it in an announcement? “ we are in discussions with representatives from US and AU and are using their support to provide avenues for resolution”. You’re tripping ass if you think I believe for a second you know something I don’t but you can’t share it because your so deep in the negotiations it would be insider trading! LOL we are delisted and in suspension and there has been crickets from management but somehow the great silent one has an inside track that only a select few a privy to! Get off it!!!

Most of them are smart enough to keep it to themselves as they understand the delicate nature of our situation over the last few years. And that any short term high they get from having the best gossip on social media, could derail any chance we have of a decent outcome.
I have no doubt AVZ would love to share more details to all shareholders. But they are taking a trust no one approach, as they should. You only have to look at what happened at the last roadshow, where important details shared in Perth made it to the DRC before they BOD even got to the next show in Melbourne. Resulting in a reduced level of disclosure at the subsequent shows.

No they don’t man, that’s why they are here with us in this. I’m not saying we are fucked. I actually have a huge amount of faith that this will be a great outcome for all. I just play devils avocado to create a diversity of opinions on here to inspire some conversation. time and again year after year all these “insiders” have proven to be nothing but shareholders in the dark like the rest of us. Except they want status
