The problem is we don't know exactly who they are so you could be selling into Chinese hands.

Every sale made to these activists is, IMO, giving cheap votes to CCP Inc for the next AGM, if not an EGM to fulfil their ambition to oust our BOD

Time is definitely not on their side to achieve this, again IMO

And @Cumquat Cap I’m not management 😂😂

Don't forget though. The Board is on notice as of last AGM with a First Strike.

I can imagine quite a few of the 20,000 shareholders will have a severely bitter taste in their mouths come next time and I don't reckon the BOD will survive to be honest based on numbers.

This is a big problem when you consider the ICSID calendar.

Agreed, hope they read this - make a fucking deal or get something happening. Not many shareholders will be keen to keep trusting and getting fed fuck all information. As said, usually reserve this but I’m over it this week. Litigation entity not a mining company, shed the fucking salaries
Never mind mate. Nige and co will ride off in the sunset shouting, 'Well, we tried!" as they try to keep their saddlebags from dropping any of the millions they've made anyway.

Does anyone know if any shareholder can request shareholder emails from automic that easy as Dudbrook is claiming on x. Doesn‘t make sense when fat tail had to take avz to court pre-agm to get shareholder email details?

That’s a long shareholder trying to get more from people on Facebook, nothing to do with these pricks. There’s several shareholders trying to buy more from uninformed small holders.
deleted my post @Cumquat Cap ....sorry wrong assumption

Why is everyone getting so negative suddenly?
Bad mood from delisting? Yeah that's kinda shit.
Or is it the FUD from cheap off-market offers doing its' job?

IMO, past couple of weeks have finally started to show some tangible wins for us with the results of the various arbitrational disputes.
OK sure that hasn't translated into much yet, but we also know that's largely because there's a new government in formation, which hopefully will also be (more) favourable to us.
For the first time in a long time I can actually start to see the company having a pathway out of this mess.

I was under the impression that any shareholder can request a copy of the share registry and has to be provided. Fat Tail took AVZ to court because AVZ refused to hand over emails, however they are obliged to do so, which the court enforced.

Anyone has a right to inspect a copy of a company’s share register. As a member, you may inspect the register free of charge. However, the company may charge other people to inspect the register. The inspection fee is set out in Sch 4 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Corporations Regulations).

Anyone has a right to request a copy of a company’s share register. A company must provide a copy of the register to you within seven days of you requesting the copy. The maximum fee for supplying a copy of the register is set out in Sch 4 of the Corporations Regulations.

When requesting a copy, you must provide your name, address and the purpose of your request. You cannot obtain a copy of a register for an improper purpose, such as:

  • soliciting a donation from a member
  • soliciting a member of a company as a stockbroker or sharebroker
  • gathering information about the personal wealth of a member, or
  • making an unsolicited offer to purchase financial products such as shares or units off-market
  • if the company keeps the register on a computer, the company must provide the copy in the format set out in Part 2C.1 of the Corporations Regulations.

Good for you mate. Glad you see it that way.

From my perspective, I've heard everyone on here, at least once say, "Hopefully this" or "Hopefully that" or "I hope so and so does this" or Hopefully soon, such and such happens" ... for more than 2 years. And yet here we are with a huge red figure in our portfolios because every stage of the way it has gotten sadder and sadder for the faithful. .

I personally don't rely on hope as an investment strategy so I never use the word in reference to stocks. And at this stage I'm not negative. I'm just kind of meh. Ambivalent maybe?

But in response to my above comment, it may sound flippant but it's actually what I think will happen based on everything I know before hand..

This was the very reason why AVZ wanted to withhold the email addresses when Fat Slobs requested the registry

They were suspicious that the email addresses would be used for an improper purpose

And they were fucking right......but the courts decided in favour of the 3 stooges and guess where the fuck we are now?

Getting unsolicited offers for our fucking shares off market

Fuck me

I want to see Der Geist, the 3 stooges, everyone behind MMGA, Boatman, Tommy Fuckface and the AFR all burn in fucking hell

Now over to the Friday funnies and everyone get on the piss....

I think the jury is still out as to whether a new ministry will play ball or help progress things. Right now it's just another "hope" out of the many we've come across the past two years.

If not then it's back to relying on the court cases and waiting years until some other "hope" comes about.

Imo
