What does this mean ?? Funding for a Security detail for the site? As in core library and AVZ offices ?

Security ie like how you take out a bank loan and the bank has your house as "security" in case you don't pay your loan.

The "facility" refers to the finance deal

As long as these filings are active and even the DRC compliance to follow their own rules (mining code) and court measures is not reliable given the risk for all parties to get nothing out of their investment is maximum. That is my understanding of "continuing negotiations in relation to an appropriate security package ..." --> What will give Locke in this case 'security' for their investment? (What are 4029+4030 worth?)

I’m sure nige and board could’ve done a Jason Brewer and folded the company with a big packet waiting for them on the other side. They’ve stood strong for shareholders rather than taking shit offers (of which Nigel could retire on).

I’ve had heated arguments with him in the past and think he’s failed in some aspects, but we’d be shafted into oblivion by Chinese raiders if it weren’t for him, John and Ben.
