IMO, yes, it would have been sent regardless. As a counter-memorial was logged by the DRC with the ICSID at the end of July, their actions would seemingly need to be consistent with this. Therefore, IMO, the counter memorial painted a bleak relationship between AVZ and the letter was needed to be sent to justify their position. This is obviously regardless as to any other facts / documents that counter this position which, no doubt, will be used by AVZ when the time is right. IMO, Zijin, the unconscionable puppet master has their grubby paws all over it.
Justifying their position with a letter that is a proven blatant lie and can be used against them at ICSID . That was a letter to derail Nigel's CR $$$ . IMO .

China is the world's second largest economy, but still has developing nation status.
The benefits that come with the developing nation label include preferential tariff treatment from developed countries, making their exports more competitive in international markets. China also uses its developing status to justify subsidies to industries such as fishing and tech, even when many are effectively state-owned and have global impact.
It is time to make China tow the line, strip them of their developing nation status and recognise what they really are, an extremely aggressive nation, worse than Russia.

I know certain information better off be kept secretive but can someone just PM/hint me if we are heading toward good direction or is that something should be worry about.

I know its the DRC who will have to pay which further disadvantages the DRC because of the chinese. What will the chinese do when the DRC asks them for a bail out? Nothing, just rape and pillage some more. The DRC need to get rid of these diabolical vermin.

A few weeks before the start of the Democratic Republic of Congo-United States of America Economic Forum in California next September, the Minister of Foreign Trade, Julien Paluku Kahongya is holding strategic meetings with experts from the Presidency of the Republic, the Prime Minister's Office, sectoral Ministries and the Federation of Congolese Enterprises-FEC.
The objective is to refine strategies to properly care for the image of the DRC, which has long been tarnished by a network in the pay of the plunderers of Congolese natural resources, but also to sell the opportunities offered by the DRC through the country brand.
For the Minister of Foreign Trade, the DRC must promote its agriculture, and this, through facilities that the Government is called upon to grant to economic operators in order to benefit from the advantages offered by AGOA.
It should be noted that agriculture, mining and culture and arts will be at the heart of this DRC-USA economic forum which will be held from September 16 to 21 in California with a co-organization of the Federation of Enterprises of Congo (FEC) in partnership with the American Chamber of Commerce.
