1. If AVZ prevails in its arbitration against the DRC, he will double-down on his claim for 15% of Dathcom through a friendly DRC court, and
2. If AVZ fails, he'll attempt to claw back his $US20m.

I still don't understand all the excitement about the US$20 million dollar held in an escrow account in the RAW bank, in the name of Mr. Lukusa on behalf of AVZ and AVZ had no access to.

One would say if the money is missing out of the account, it is a case between Mr. Lukusa, or his company, and the Raw Bank.

If my bank loses my money in my accounts, saying 'So sorry mate, we lost your money', is not a smart thing to do.
I would say the Raw bank and Mr. Lukusa are fully aware of that.

I don't think the Raw Bank would throw its name in the gutter for US$20 million dollar.

The allegations by AVZ and their new lawyers is that of unauthorised transactions which is potentially supported by the changing balances. And they are seeking a court order to force either Mr Lukusa or Rawbank to show the current balance. They do express serious doubts as to the authenticity of the various balances supplied but that’s as far as it currently goes.

Although there is now a ‘journalist’ friendly to our adversaries that claims to have evidence that the 20m was purportedly stolen by Jules Alingete and unnamed ministers. But he refused to show the evidence and spent the entire press conference trying to paint our transactions that acquired 15% from Dathomir with the same brush that had the IGF calling Cominiere’s purported transaction with Zijin illegal. But as I already explained the crime of selling state assets below market value does not apply because Dathomir is a private company.

It really doesn’t take much astute thought to work out what’s going on here. It has been very bad for AVZ’s cause to have prominent shareholders like Jens calling for sanctions on the head of the IGF and government ministers without evidence to back it up. That is playing their game imo

Yes, and the biggest problem is the DRC legal system, which is arbitrary in its application, inconsistent in its decision-making, and replete with graft and corruption (just in case we didn't already know that).

Regardless of the legalities of who is responsible for ensuring the safe-keeping of funds in escrow, and how much or how little was unlawfully transferred from the escrow account, and who did it...the totally corrupt DRC legal system will make AVZ the fall guy.

Despite being purportedly arrested yesterday (which wasn’t shown) he is somehow back today talking smack about everyone that has gone after Cominiere for their illegal selling of state assets below market value

He accuses Jules Alingete of being a traitor for purportedly supporting a foreign company (AVZ) over the Congolese state and suggests the DRC constitution should be rewritten to get rid of the IGF

Says Jules Alingete can’t prove why 1% of Dathcom is worth 10m USD (It’s the DFS dipshit)

But then hilariously doubles down on AVZ’s acquisition of Dathomir’s 15% being purportedly illegal because it is done below market value

And still claims to have evidence that the 20m was purportedly stolen by Jules Alingete and a government minister but again refuses to show it and says he will release it next time

Mills Tshibangu is by far the dumbest person involved in this whole saga which is really saying something considering Leonard Math is a constant commentator on events

I made it about 8mins in and couldn't watch any longer.
A few extra points to show the level of intelligence we are dealing with in our opposition (just in the first 8mins mind you):
1) He thinks that AVZ raised $4bill in cash (doesn't know what market cap is).
2) Has no understanding of how the right of first refusal works.
3) He purports that the DRC always knew the lithium was there and knew that it would increase in value even before AVZ was involved.
4) He claims that he brought all this video and documentary evidence that no work had been done and the project hadn't advanced.
