dont agree with that. fwiw, I'm not a trump hater either, just dont agree with half of the shit he does, the other half ok. I like his anti woke stance, pro business, cutting back federal employees and spending, etc. I dont like his chaos nature, attack on democracy, disrespect for women and doing things such as giving pardons to the rioters that attacked police. I also get why he was elected and believe that choice needs to be respected. I tend to think trump wont be as bad as feared and wont be as good as hoped.

The DRC now faces a choice: either come to the table and negotiate in good faith, bringing both Chinese and Western investment to accelerate a globally significant project, one that could also fulfill their vision of creating a major battery hub with the world’s largest player backing it or they risk facing the consequences. Logically, what option would you choose?
The reality is, we have the funding and the backing to see this through. Many of us have been waiting for this moment for years. We’ve advocated, we’ve endured, and we’re no longer willing to be played with. If it takes another decade to get what’s rightfully ours, so be it. If necessary, we’ll go all the way, through the courts, through every channel available, and make sure Zijin and the DRC are held accountable for the games they’ve been playing.
